Marie84 Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Is everybody getting rid of Nugent forgetting what happened last time we did that? I would not get rid of nuge! He works his legs off every single time he's on that pitch he is IMO the hardest working player we have also yesterday after a busy Xmas period he was doing it and was nice to see him shouting at the players when he was frustrated shows he's still got the fire in his belly and the passion is still there. Hopefully he's starting to get his confidence back! Also I must say news is kingy will be back next week.. I'll be glad to see him back. To me Leo doesn't do much it's all well and good scoring a header when / if he can but IMO he doesn't have the work rate for example nuge does it's rare that he closes players down Vardy is looking a bit ropey booked within a min of coming on.. He does have a bit of a temper Lawrence had a great game was glad to finally see him and he settled well Hamer is doing good and holding his own commanding respect and distribution is getting better. The confidence is growing again not just with the team but supporters too which I'm glad we can still do this the goal was always to avoid relegation and yeah it might be hard but we need to believe and get behind the lads and let's make sure on sat mr Hutton knows how we feel for getting konch sent off for no reason! Grantham Fox Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 Hamer Simpson Davies - I wish, but Wasilewski/Moore Morgan RDL/Naughton - I wish. Mahrez Drinkwater Cambiasso Schlupp Defoe Nugent Kasper (when fit) Konch (if we don't get Naughton, if we did, RDL/Naughton) Moore/Wasilewski Knockaert/Albrighton James Ulloa Vardy
LCCFox96 Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 If all the rumoured signings come off I like the flexibility some of the potential new players give us in our possible formations. In a 4-3-1-2 Kasper/Hamer Simpson, New CB, Morgan, New LB Drinkwater, Cambiasso, James Kramaric Ulloa, Defoe or in a 4-4-2 Kasper/Hamer Simpson, New CB, Morgan, New LB Mahrez, Cambiasso, Drinkwater/James, Schlupp 2 of Ulloa/Defoe/Kramaric
MattyFromLE Posted 5 January 2015 Posted 5 January 2015 As if there is only one or two people who have put Ulloa in their starting 11. Why leave your top scorer out of your starting 11?

Agree with this 100%. Ulloa has been a massive player for us this season. We'd be a sinking ship without his goals. Some of the improvisation for his finishes at Stoke (a) and Spurs (h) shows his real quality. He has to play for me or else we look much weaker.

The other striker partnering him HAS to get closer to him when he brings the ball down to give him an option, though.
