Poor awful shocking

It's quite simple. The line up today sent the wrong signal to the players. As a manager you see very early which players are up for it and which aren't  Mahrez was never up for it today.

The substitution was poor also. i don't believe they would have score with big Was covering Simpson.

Krameric continues to show great promise and he took his goal brilliantly. Good luck to him.

Aaaaarrrgggggh! That was awful stuff. The current weakest team in Prem (Villa) allowed to do that and get through to QFs? There were some strange decisions made by Mr Pearson and why only 1 sub when Mahrez was having a shocker also looked tired? Simpson was poor today too.  With the exception of James and possibly Was: no one had a good game. We were awful and really a disgrace. We can't string two performance together now and losing, I'm sorry, has become an almost acceptable habit at the club. Why no Albrighton? Vardy even? I'm embarrassed and so should the City players, management and board.

Awful today and a real puzzle about team selection and substitutes. Clearly needed a new spark early in the second half and should have taken Marhez off and put Albrighton on. Was did nothing wrong, looked far better than Morgan. Once Was was off it changed the game.  James did very well today as did Krameric, a really good goal. Simpson had a nightmare - well into injury time and he decides to foul Sinclair and thus robbing us of one final chance to get forward.

It is so frustrating to say the least. Villa are cr*p and there for the taking yet LCFC for the second time this season concede two goals against them.
