The Blur Posted 8 March 2015 Author Posted 8 March 2015 Just googled the Serie A one. Would never have gotten that in a million years. Aye- I am totting up points now because I really doubt anyone will get it.

You'd have to have read that in a trivia book or be working for that Goal Lazioooooooooooooo programme in the 90s.
General Smuts Posted 8 March 2015 Posted 8 March 2015 Who was it? Piola or Viola. From the 50s Totti was 2nd so I think that's worth another point for me.
The Blur Posted 8 March 2015 Author Posted 8 March 2015 Who was it? Nope, I am going to wait for some obscure poster with a post count of 3 to pop up with the answer. Either that or we all can save the question for poor old The Doctor to attempt when he get home!
The Blur Posted 8 March 2015 Author Posted 8 March 2015 All right folks- an aboslutely sensational event has occured- this is first ever month Facecloth has failed to get two digits in points- he finished on 9 points. The man who played the major part in that event was General Smuts who finished on 13 points and leapfrogged his way to 2nd the question is- will it be a futile pursuit or are we witnessing the greatest comeback in the history? It was also a good month for Wookie who escaped one point club with a respectable haul of six points. The current table See you all on 19th April which will be an action packed month due to postponed final between ScouseFox and StanSP along with an announcement of a new cup competition!
The Doctor Posted 8 March 2015 Posted 8 March 2015 How on earth can I have gone into this second when I've only gotten to take part in one quiz in this cycle?
