Yes same. He's done 5 years at the U21s and would be an unlikely successor for England. He could even job share potentially, others have done it... Peter Taylor did for the U21s. Though I imagine he'd want a clean break.
I think our remit of play the kids, coach and develop them, synergy with the youth teams, maximise the probable limited Seagrave going forward, and have a say in the youth loans we're guaranteed to have next season fits him without pressure. Also he'll be very familiar with Nelson, Thomas, Skipp and be aware of Braybrooke, Alves and some of the younger lads.
Just makes sense really.
