Hopefully over the course of the next 12 weeks, we will come out with a clear winner that will make it though week after week with cleaver song choices that bring in the votes. Mentors and their Groups: AoWW ----------------------- JTB ------------------------------ FilboFox isaidno ------------------------ Raj ------------------------------- Master Fox The Stig ---------------------- The People's Droyd ------------- The Singh NSLL -------------------------- SamL ---------------------------- ELFF Fez ---------------------------- Sods ----------------------------- Technodanceaphobic Bert --------------------------- Finnegan ------------------------ Sparky These groups will be fixed over the course of the entire 12 weeks with the exception of the fact that once every week, one person will be voted off with this person being from ANY group. What will happen is that each member in all groups will submit a song that they have chosen to be put forward to represent them in the vote via PM's to their mentor (mentors then relay the choices on to the other judges). Their group mentor can advise and even help choose a song for them if wished. This song will then be voted for by other members on FoxesTalk and the song with the least votes at the end of the voting time will be eliminated and with it, the person who chose the song. The voting system will be in a poll format with the names of the songs up in a list to be chosen from. Below will be a list of links to the YouTube video's of the songs for the FoxesTalk members to view and listen to, to help them make up their minds about which song to vote for. Scheduling: Song submissions should be handed in at 00:00 hrs of the Thursday morning prior to the weekend of voting. If no song is handed in by that time, the mentor of the contestant will choose the song for that contestant. Voting will take place from 15:30 hrs on the Thursday and end at 15:30 hrs on the Sunday of the week of the competition. At the end of that time, the song and therefore contestant with the least votes will be eliminated. For the first 8 weeks of the competition there will be 1 song chosen by each contestant with guidance from their mentors. From week 9 onwards, 2 songs will be put forward to represent each contestant, however, 1 song will be chosen by the contestant alone and 1 song will be put forward on behalf of the contestant by their mentor without their mentor revealing the song choice to the contestant. The totals of both songs will then be added together at the end of the voting time to create the contestants final score. The contestant with the lowest combined score will be voted off that week. Cases of Elimination: If there is a tie between the votes of two or more songs at the end of the normal voting time then it will be down to the judges to vote for the act they wish to send home. If at the end of that there is still no decision made then all acts will go in a head to head vote-off for 30 minutes and at the end of that time the song with the least votes is eliminated. Once again, should there be a tie, it will then come down to the judges. By this time it should be clear who is removed however if not, then the process will repeat itself until we have a loser. Obviously if a song has been voted off then the contestant who chose the song will be eliminated that week as well. However, there are other conditions that have to be met to remain in the competition. The contestant must submit a song. If they fail to do so 3 weeks in a row, they are automatically eliminated from the competition with immediate effect. If a contestant reveals their song choice to others then they will be warned, however, if they continue to do so, they will also be removed from the competition. THE COMPETITION SHOULD RUN FROM 10th DECEMBER 2007 - 2nd MARCH 2008 IF THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS OVER THE 12 WEEK PERIOD The whole idea of this is to have fun and create a competition that will be entertaining and provide some light amusement amongst this misery of a season for City. The more votes we have each voting weekend, the better it is as it creates a better representation of the FoxesTalk community opinion.

Although he will be missed, its onwards for the rest of the contestants as we head towards Week 2 of the competition and more musical battles! Ok so it may not have made any difference but you don't hear them saying that to Simon Cowell on the proper X Factor. Yes I am bitter. But revenge will be mine.
