MC Prussian Posted 9 March 2009 Posted 9 March 2009 I'm a little bit shocked and saddened by the recent tragic events that have unfolded here in Switzerland over the weekend: First, Lucie Trezzini, a 16-year old girl working as an au-pair in the Canton of Schwyz, was found murdered on Sunday. She had been missing for five days and was lured away from her current home under the false pretense of a "foto shooting". The culprit, a 25-year old unemployed former cook, has just turned himself in this afternoon. Then there's the case of that poor 16-year old girl that was shot on a parking lot in Volketswil, Canton of Zurich, on Saturday eve. Turns out it was her 20-year old boyfriend, who first claimed that a masked man had shot her. The confession was made on Sunday. And last but not least, the 29-year old Irish who, in October 2007, killed the then 17-year old Swiss language school student Manuela Riedo in Galway, claimed to be innocent on the first day of his trial in front of a jury of twelve in Dublin today. Sick bastards, the three of them. Knowing that there are probably even more out there...
Jordan Posted 9 March 2009 Posted 9 March 2009 I'd love to be a gigolo - I bet the hours are great. ...I apologize for continuing to take this thread away from its serious topic, but I'd settle for just being known as "The Swiss Gigolo." Best nickname ever?

They go abroad for experience and adventure but so often are very naive.
Ultra Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 ...I apologize for continuing to take this thread away from its serious topic, but I'd settle for just being known as "The Swiss Gigolo." Best nickname ever? Gigolo he may have been, but he was also a serial conman and thief. I doubt whether a woman who tricked businessmen in such a way would get away with just a six-year sentence.
