Was probably the worst choice possible and I get that now we have him give him chance and all that - to be fair rationally we should however I just don't think he cuts the mustard at this level. His tactics? What are they? Subs? Wrong choices at wrong times of games so far (Southampton aside) he just seems out of his depth, I would love him to prove me wrong, genuinely love it (humble pie would be eaten for sure) however I just can't see it, I really can't and for the sake of the club and its long term future I genuinely believe we need to act and act fast
