Why was Doyle playing left back? Wasn’t he brilliant for chaventry last year at CB?? -
Only good thing about going down. Hopefully some of the plastics stay home

The fact we’re still trying to rely on Jonny evans with 1 leg shows how dog our recruitment has been -
At least it was something. Nothing wrong with the national anthem to wind the scousers up either, just banter

At least you’ll have a close away game next year! 😎 -
All the fans here calling for tops head need to get a grip. Probably started supporting us in 2016. Sack the board top
-
Really can’t blame them. Depressing. 25% possession at home

He didn’t take the job off his own back did he. Amazing how everyone forgets the success we’ve had under that families ownership. All they’ve done for the community and the city. Fickle. Not saying he’s innocent at all, but to say he needs to just go is ridiculous

Harsh on top. Everyone else can do one though. Not a clue how to run a football club.
-
Not far wrong 😂
-
Genuinely sick. Especially with those Liverpool fans singing. They probably all live round the corner
-
last few away ends have been pretty decent all considering. Hopefully carries on for the foreseeable.... even away at plymouth.
-
Potter. Potter and Potter. Would be a great fit

sounded decent on the tv. Good banter second half with cheering every pass when 3-0 down. United shocking as usual.

Brighton fan - hard to actually argue with any of this to be honest. Only irony is that Brighton aren't much better on the plasticized front...

ultimately it all stems from how the club is run. The directors have 0 clue about football and in particular football culture in this country. They run it like a business not a football club. Building the whole match day experience around families. no swearing, no standing, no noise in general. in the process completely alienating a massive part of the fan base, your traditional fan. The club is now seeing the effects of this after years of it. The stadium is placid and we are complete walk-overs on and off the pitch. I don't like saying this but maybe relegation and some senior directors leaving is the only way I see this changing any time soon. Feels like we need a complete reset as a club.

Agree. I am all for creating a nice 'family friendly atmosphere' at games, but it gets to a point when you go so far that it actually starts to affect results and as you said sterilize the match day experience

In my view it's our home form this season that has been the most disappointing thing. 2 wins from 10 is shocking, the 3rd worst record in the league. In my lifetime of supporting city, we have always been a decent team at home who are "hard to play against". Where regardless of quality or form, even top teams would have to be at the races to beat us. Even in our recent premier league history, fans of other teams would always look at Leicester away and think that would be a tough match. Those days are clearly behind us and Leicester away is now closely associated with 3 points. But it's the manor of these results which is the worse thing. There are obviously a multitude of reasons for this, players not being good enough, owners need to spend more etc etc. But ultimately do you as fans not get annoyed by the fact that Leicester away is now "an easy 3 points"? Because it annoys the hell out of me. Opposition teams and fans now seem to just swan in, have a great day out, a nice 3 points, then be on their way. The whole match day experience just feels too "nice" for the opposition. Of course we need the players to get the crowd going sometimes, but the opposite also needs to happen. Where is the tribalism? Are you ok with teams coming into your city enjoying themselves and walking away with 3 easy points? We obviously can't be anywhere near top of of the home form table with a team lacking quality, but in my eyes if we made "Leicester away" even just a bit tougher for the opposition we could easily have AT LEAST 6 more points right now, which would be priceless. In my opinion if we are going to survive this season, "Leicester away" needs to start becoming more difficult, where we are horrible t**t's to play against with a crowd who can actually get behind the team. Both players and fans need to get back to basics and start showing more fight for their club, Filbert way is currently the equivalent of a day out at Butlins for both opposition fans and players. I know this is highly doubtful to change anytime soon but for me it's a big problem which runs through the whole club. What's your view?

sounded very flat tonight considering we actually won a game
-
yep totally agree and makes a difference Watched on TV and it sounded good. TV seems to never do it justice at our place though so can only imagine what the atmosphere was actually like in the ground.

For all those wanting Rodger’s sacked I’ll be interested to hear who you would replace him with

in transition not decline. 11 players out of contract next summer, with a few more probably leaving soon. Whatever happens it's crucial we get our recruitment right over the next year or so..
