No doubt about that. But in reality we shouldn't be in those holes to begin with against that kind of opposition We scrape through these games by the skin of our teeth, using far too much physical and emotional energy and then when we finally face a decent side we're spent.

We do have a bit of a victim mentality

I do find it hard to solely blame Tuchel but surely he was brought in to shift this loser mentality and get us over the line. So for him to cost us is a complete and utter failure. Players shouldn't be given a free pass either though, none of our big game players turned up last night. Overall the performances haven't been good and when we've faced a team who are at worst our equal we've been found out

Bloody hell. Condolences to him

Give it Barry from EastEnders

Is that not us?

Exactly. Kept his cool amongst some really embarrassing theatrics from both sides

You're brave

Nope, I thought the ref had a good game. The first 20 minutes was embarrassing from both sets of players and then we kind of got on with it

On the same day that Winks leaves Leicester. What a miserable day!

And so it begins

Spain do a professional job on them and win 2-0

It's coming home

I can't believe your saying it either. Turd manager He does talk a lot of sense though

Gives the apologists something to run with

A.d the hair of a man that's getting sacked in the morning

I'm injured so unavailable

Of course you don't. Get your so called world class midfielders to keep the ball for a few minutes and take the sting out of the game. We almost instantly put 10 men behind the ball after scoring. It shows your opposition that you fear them and that they have nothing to worry about the other way

Scraping through games against lesser opposition might seem fine at the time but the step up required to then turn it on against the better sides is too much of a tall order. We're using up all of this emotional and physical energy narrowly beating Ghana and Norway etc and then look completely spent

I forgot about Leicester

We're not allowed to take Kane off

Nothing will change. We just never learn

Why Gordon of all people? He was a most positive attacking player

Feel bad for you mate. You've been one of the fiercest defenders this tournament but it's England....they always let you down in the end

If we stay positive and go for a second and get caught it would be so much easier to take. We took the cowardly way out and it absolutely stinks
