i was thinking that too, Connolly was actually decent for us tbh and we made a profit on him too on Coady, bet hes waiting to see whether Rangers are in the UCL or not etc

people saying DCL, Bamford etc, players like this are not the answer at all, its basically going completely against what the club should be doing the likes are DCL Bamford are basically like us signing the likes of Skipp Soumare all over again, as we wont be able to shift them

there are talents out there, depends whether the club is actually smart enough to make the moves

if the club even remotely considering him then there is something incredibly wrong as frankly hes crap, no better than what we have, injured most the time

would say Charlie Kelman is worth a look but unsure if he could make the step up(did well in L1 last season at LO under Wellens) although he does play for QPR surprised theyve not blooded him more
