  1. the sun didnt say anything about Dyche accepting, just said hes a strong favourite
  2. Im not sure tbf, given Everton were in the bottom 3 when he got sacked from Everton; hes made some whoopers at Everton Dyche a 4/5 years back id have said maybe yes, but given hes good friends with Rudkin, the club is in a mess from top to bottom and the style of play the club has adopted for a number of years(from young to first team) and the fact hes doesnt always use youth either, not to mention he'd be on a stinking high wage(probably the highest in the league) its just not it imo
  3. that 2-2 draw was thanks to a last minute free kick too, pretty sure that game we should have won it all told, but lets not forget Dyche's Burnley side lost to a 10 man Leicester team who had to play all the 2nd half with 10 men look at the results this season for Dyche and compare them to the ones Moyes got from the same players, its pretty night and day Dyche might have been a good option a few years back but now i dont think he is
  4. think some fans forget about that, and saying Moyes was a new manager bounce too, was one hell of a long bounce
  5. well it is sort of true, look at it this way, all the players youve mentioned(minus McNeil) all had a certain number of 1st team gams under their belt so would he have the balls to start say Monga etc i doubt it
  6. someone get Turki Al-Sheikh on the blower hes looking to buy a championship look, prime time for him to get us given the state KP are in
  7. given hes good friends with Rudkin, you honestly think they are going to have cross words, more likely to get more his way it will end in disater, if Rudkin wasnt DoF then id feel more at ease
  8. well McNeil is the only YTS hes developed, basically what I mean if thats classed as success then my word ask everton fans what they think of his spell
  9. only one would be mcneil, and thats it in an attacking sense(thru the yts) that is pretty concerning
  10. success at Everton, nah come on now its not anti youth, he plays them here and there, but he does seem to favour the older player, he rarely dips into YTS of clubs hes at as said the massive issue is hes good friends with rudkin wonder how many pro dyche fans want rudkin out too
  11. thats what gets me with the Dyche link, I could see the logic in the Martin one, since its the same football idealogy/style the club has been going for since Puel, it just feels incredibly scattergun, where they have no clear idea or pathway as you said,
  12. nah i think all the managers we'd be going for have pros and cons just the fact hes "good friends" with Rudkin doesnt sit overly right with me atm, plus he'd want a really high wage too, its one of them where yeah on paper it looks a sound appointment but if it goes wrong it will set us further back given the how rodgers was giving months longer than he should have dont get me wrong ill support him if he comes in but hes got to use the youth we have, and play to the squad strengths
  13. safe pair of hands, like the safe pair of hands who had been fighting against the tide at everton season after season even with new recruits and when Moyes comes in turns then into something decent; yeah they was, but im pretty sure the moaning was because Enzo wasnt adapting, most people DIDNT want him gone, they wanted him to change it up but i guess some fans are just seeing small and not the whole in terms of dyche;
  14. anti for me for what we are atm I actually like Dyche, but hes just not the fit for us atm, and the fact hes "good friends" with our DOF isnt a good sign at all
  15. errr sorry no, he'll be given the same as every other manager before from most fans, i didnt hear fans moaning when we was winning under Enzo, but then again some of our fans like the hoof and chase type of football but given hes good friends with Rudkin he'll get more time higher up wise which frankly isnt right either
  16. if they havent heard of him then its frankly their own problem, as his Wednesday team should have beaten us at their place, also shows a complete lack of looking at anything beyond the end of their nose on dyche, im neither here nor there if we get him, hes not me 1st,2nd or 3rd choice, but if he comes in ill support him until otherwise and as for saying it will please the fanbase, thats not true, fans will accept that hes the manager but wont be overly pleased to get him kinda like the Cooper appointment and what hes about and done previous, yeah but that was a good number of years ago with burnley, in recent times hes not got a glowing record
  17. yeah i dont think that will be happening this season the club has made a massive mess and frankly dont deserve to go up unless they get their shit together the thing with the whole dyche thing, is the scattergun approach from the club, we go from a certain style of player to another then another, just not clear sign or pathway to what the club is trying to do
  18. well atm we dont have a shoe string do we, we need a manager who will given the YTS lad a go, whos worked in that area etc and im not just talking about 5 mins here and there either
  19. good post with good points, you should have included his time at Everton too, as thats more recent and points from his time there need to be considered too; one massive massive red flags is the fact Dyche and Rudkin are good friends, and given the state of the club atm, this is certainly going to cloud Rudkin's judgement if things are going woeful etc
  20. spot on, bet some of our fans calling for Rudkin to go are also the ones wanting Dyche in, falling to see the fact the 2 are good friends as well its got pure disaster all over it in that sense, as Rudkin will give his mate alot longer if he has a bad spell also kinda throws what theyve been doing with the youth teams in the bin too, in playing a bit of a possession based style
  21. vile? what saying hes doing a piss poor job at running the club? we can say that, im not going to say well done to my doctor if he misdiagnoses me with something am i?!?! they might have done many good things for the club but theyve done some bad ones too, oh and about attending matches, so why doesnt top attend every single one then? since he "cares" about the club so much.... true fans attending want the club to be in a healthy position in every single aspect for which WE ARE NOT we all love the club but some of the people within the club do not, they dont seem to care, also most of us have a right to feel a bit pissed off with them, as frankly it doesnt feel like they treat us as fans anymore, just as another number whatever your taking/smoking/injectiing, get off it
  22. well he took Burnley up, but that was what a good number of years ago, it wasnt like it was 2/3 years ago even with the players he'd got he still didnt play football we would, look at Everton, Moyes took them to a different level playing a different way Dyche isnt the right option for us, a number of factors show that imo
  23. thats what I dont think some of our fans who want Dyche dont seem to understand, for a good number of years we've got players/managers thru the door who play a certain style etc most successful club dont change their style with every single manager/players its so incredibly short minded if its dyche, still no reasons as to why some of our fans would want dyche either....
  24. would love to know why some want Dyche? other than "hes what the club needs right now"
  25. not so much turned but called out in some form Rodgers, Enzo, RVN (sort of)
