Simply have a go at it. 2-0 ABDULLLL!!!
-
Great header. Two big chances in just as many minutes. Unheard of.
-
Mavididi so close...
-
i won't let you change my feelings.
-
Taking the lead feels like winning these days, it's so rare.
-
Same here. Never happened to me before. I think it's down to certain key words, such as s tream.
-
Just. Don't. Concede. Straightaway. And go for a second.
-
Assist: James. Sign him up!
-
Too selfish from Fatawu there. Could've passed to his right.
-
I think it's fantastic the stream wants to show me the Stoke game.
-
Let's make it a dirty dozen.
-
I wish our first team was this active on the pitch.
-
25'000. Officially.

Choudhury Okoli Skipp De Cordova-Reid Mavididi Ayew Deary me. If that's the best we have to offer, we're royally fvcked.

Just come back from a special screening of Project Hail Mary. One of the best movies I've seen in recent years. Visually stunning, hits all the right notes, there's wonder, sadness, thrill, albeit a bit overloaded score-wise – and slightly too long for my liking, at 2,5 hours, with an ending that drags on more than it should. Still, highly recommended. Ryan Gosling in Space, more or less on his own... or is he?

"Full-time: City earn a draw at Ipswich" It's not as if we went into the break 1-0 up and squandered a lead again. Sick of all that shallow Social Media speak.

Underperformer of the Season – the nominees
MC Prussian replied to MC Prussian's topic in Leicester City Forum
Nothing that I've seen of Skipp so far has convinced me he hasn't underperformed. When some fans come to his defense, I wonder why. Because he's been consistently less shit than others? What does Skipp contribute to the team exactly? I do realize that he's no goalscoring midfielder and more defensive-oriented. Assists so far? 0. High workrate means nothing when you have nothing to show for. He's very active on the pitch. But apart from that? Does he sweep up opposing attacks? Not really. He also doesn't strike me as a player that particularly likes to get stuck in. He's only slightly taller as Dennis Wise, but not a pest to play against. As for Monga, I have acknowledged the fact that his current demise is partly down to our manager's decision. I'm probably not the only one who expected to see more of him this season. And as others have pointed out, I've excluded Stolarczyk for a very good reason: the clown show that is our defense. -
You Only Live Twice Probably not the best Bond movie out there. I still love it to pieces, because it's partly funny, but mostly highly entertaining. Nancy Sinatra's theme song is on par with Shirley Bassey's for Goldfinger. And then there's that Toyota 2000GT.

Underperformer of the Season – the nominees
MC Prussian replied to MC Prussian's topic in Leicester City Forum
Luke "Lightweight" Thomas: 5 assists so far, more than Mavididi, WInks and Skipp combined. Bobby De Cordova-Reid aka "The Flair" aka "Moody": Missed the list because he's scored more than Winks, Skipp and Mavididi combined -
So, with roughly 80 percent of the season gone, let's have a look at certain individuals. Who'd you think should've contributed more this season? I consider them all role models in terms of attitude and professionalism, especially for aspiring pro footballers. The nominees are: Patson Daka – his exceptional scoring record (and continuation thereof) has become a running joke (sic), especially when you consider what a bargain he's been, Daka's career proves you don't need to be a striker to be considered one (and command a massive wage) Stephy Mavididi – currently outshining and outscoring everybody with a whopping 2 goals and 1 assist in 24 league matches; when he doesn't play for himself he gets caught up front with his selfless dribbling Harry Winks – on Mavididi's level with a massive 1 goal and 2 assists (as many as a certain Bilal El Khannouss) Jeremy Monga – completely disappeared off the radar with 1 goal and 2 assists in 22 games, a testament how the club manages to successfully integrate academy talent into the first team recently Oliver Skipp – 1 goal, yes, 1 goal and no assists this season so far (he's played 26 matches up to this point), loves to be on the pitch (and running around), a joy to watch Caleb Okoli – has come up with some of the smartest decisions on the pitch this season – who doesn't love his misplaced passes or doesn't remember THAT silly red card fondly? Makes Vestergaard look like Ronaldo Special mention: Jordan Ayew – always entertaining when he's on the pitch, you could compile a short reel with all his hand gestures and the elegance by which he tends to land on the floor; his antics have deservedly earned him the nickname "The Grass Beater" Out of competition: The club management – you couldn't find a more smashing and competent bunch who have nothing but the club's misfortune on their minds Un certain regard: Our back four – has done everything in their powers to contribute to the second-worst defensive record in the Championship this season, or as they say: no defense wins you relegation Reminder: These players (sauf Monga) have cost the club a combined transfer fee of approximately £100m.

He was useless going forward, epitomized by that braindead shot from distance in the second half.

Winless in ten. Where's the next clean sheet coming from? 30 successive games with goals against, 33 in total. The shocking stat of the season continues to get even more shocking with each passing week. Ten games to go, ten finals, need to make those home matches count and win at least the own fans back. Mavididi, De Cordova-Reid, Fatawu terrible at Portman Road, couldn't be half-arsed. How many shots on goal? I think Okoli has had more than them individually. Daka would've been part of that select group, if it wasn't for the goal. I don't ever want to see Ayew in a Leicester shirt again. Bench him for the rest of the season. Thomas, despite all his flaws: 4th assist of the season now, only second behind Fatawu. All in all, much better defensive display. Attackers let us down big-time today.
-
What planet is Fatawu living on? Totally uncalled for shot from distance. Completely squandered it.
-
How long will it take for us to concede another goal once Ayew is on the pitch?
-
Approaching a new world record for games without being able to keep a clean sheet. Defensive shop of horrors there. Terrible.
