Dammit. I gave away my vinyl singles only a few weeks ago as my research suggested there was little value in selling the job lot. I had around 2000. Not all pristine or in original sleeves, which is what the online buyers wanted.

I had an identical one to this: Capri 1600GT. Loved it. Looking out from the drivers seat over the long bonnet with the "power hump" was always a joy. As was getting a high shine on the vinyl roof. The side vents were only there for show, they had no practical use. Then I part exchanged for one of these: I was 25. More joy. Now, 42 years later I have this French thing: Joy has had to give way to practicality, unfortunately.

I think you can make an anonymous referral to the child safeguarding teams at the local authority. I'd be wary of direct contact with the neighbour. As @StanSPsaid it could take an unexpected turn. It's generally best to pass it on to those that have the experience and "power" to intervene. Childline is still a way of anonymously reporting things such as you are experiencing. It's not just for kids.

The near-dead population are in there every day of the week, shuffling about, confused, lost, shambolic, leaning on their trolley handles as if they're about to collapse, checking the date on every food item they pick up, unable to understand the self checkouts, blocking the aisles, unaware of anyone else around them.
