He’s definitely the best by miles out of the recent/current crop. Not sure he’s top 3 of all time, obviously it’s all about opinions though. The likes of Ali, Liston, Dempsey, Marciano, Frazier, Holmes, Foreman, Louis, Lewis & Tyson are all up there……..different eras, l know, which are difficult to compare

A bit leftfield.....Gdansk or Hamburg. I've been told Gdansk is really nice, by many Polish people l meet through work.

Who should be captain next season?
STEVIE B replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
No one stands out to be honest. Riccy P, if he can remain fit for enough games. Is it that important ? It's not like cricket, where the Captain makes all the calls, whether to bat, bowl, who bowls, field positions etc. As long as a football Captain has respect of the players, he will do. -
The side that HT beat yesterday, Alcorcón, knocked Real Madrid out of The Copa Del Rey in 2009, It was a decent Madrid side too. Benzema, Marcelo, Guti & RVN played.

Wow, where had he been ?

He doesn't deserve a 3rd go at Usyk. Fury will end up fighting Joshua, unfortunately they're both way past their best, should've happened years ago. Then when Fury beats AJ, he will lose to Usyk again.
-
I think it's only called a golden era, because Saudi money has got them more keen to fight, the standard isn't better. Money talks.
-
Usyk will have one more, maybe 2, Fury/Parker the retire. He has nothing else to prove. This may not be a the best era of HW boxing, but Usyk has beaten the best out there, some twice over.
-
Even Fury with his ego has no chance.

Dubois v Usyk. I guess it's the same scenario as their first fight. Dubois needs to go for it early, otherwise it's a Usyk late stoppage. I guess Dubois has gained experience & Usyk is getting older. Bit of a leveller ? I probably slightly favour Usyk via 8th round stoppage.

Early/mid 70s. Weller, Wortho, Whitworth etc. No sponsor, great badge & collar. Even the season when we had a white home shirt, that was nice too. Love a bit of retro.

Worst performance you've seen live from a Leicester player

I’m assuming Faes & Ward’s names may appear a few times. -

Matt Mills v Reading. Their fans gave it to him, just after we paid a decent amount for him. He wilted, and wasn’t much better thereafter -

Yep. Cricket has moved on in so many ways, other than addressing the most basic one…….start & finishing times. Either that or drop it to 85 overs per day. At least then public know what they have a chance of not being disappointed (obviously, the tickets will be the same price though !) -

I still don't understand why Test cricket starts at 11am over here. Start at 10.15. It may not help the over rate, but at least there's more scope to catch up. -

He's basically given up. This isn't good for Test cricket. I feel sorry for their bowlers, they have worked so hard in all 3 Tests. -

Is Ollie Stone still injured ? Carse will de well in Oz. Hits the deck hard, runs in with purpose, he'll do well on faster, hard tracks. Woakes won't go, Tongue will I'd imagine. -

Great set up....away swing, away swing.....bring one back in. I like Carse, all effort, hits the deck hard. He'll do ok in Oz. -

I totally get what you’re saying. Bazball is fantastic, sometimes against the better sides Bazball with brains is just as effective. It’s not as simple as going back to the old style of batting or the new way. The opinions are really interesting. -

Surely the Sky team should be a bit more critical of Englands tactics. l get why India are getting praised & rightly so, they’ve been very good in all 3 Tests. Could the lack of criticism towards England be because they don’t want to upset their mates, therefore possibly getting no interviews etc ?
