Would argue it's not quite the same as he had wing backs that were constantly getting forward and whipping balls in. With our lack of conventional full/wing backs, we're getting much less early balls in than what firmino would have had.
-
Fine, whatever, he's perfect then and never done anything wrong.
-
Not sure sure about that, the balls hit the side netting about 2/3s up right next to the post. Its not an easy save by any means but with your example, I'd have backed prime Buffon to get it. I think you're overegging it a bit.

I think Iheanacho is still the best striker option by a mile (excluding Cannon who we can't really judge yet). He's got the numbers to prove his worth, and has probably been dropping a bit too deep to get involved thus far especially against Hull. If the system we are playing works well and we get the midfield up and around him, then he shouldn't need to be dropping so far back. I think I saw another post that our strikers have had an incredibly low xG so far, so with such limited opportunities being created, who would score with so little opportunities? Even Haaland struggled with that kind of service against Sevilla.

Is there much evidence that McAteer would be as successful as an 8 anyway? I think his main attribute has been getting space out wide and getting past a fullback. He's been a revelation out wide so far (at least compared to relative struggles making consistent game time while out on loan). I'd probably start with him on the left and Fatawu off the right based on recent evidence. Keep it with KDH who certainly hasn't been brilliant but is still showing some positive attributes getting us forward, alongside Casadei who has been more impressive than Ndidi so far.

Cheers Enzo

Same example, if we're going visually then I think Wanya has been visually better than Mavididi but we have seen more minutes for Mavididi so far.
-
Just cause its not fault doesn't mean he couldn't have done more and if Enzo seen anything in the cup matches and training to favour Stolarcyk then why wouldn't he change things? For Coventry goal, could he have saved it given what had happened? Probably not, but he could have taken ownership and grabbed it himself. Think his positioning was a bit off for Cardiff's. Hull although deflected didn't have lots of pace on it, could you have seen Schmeichel save it? Maybe. For Rotherham's could possibly have claimed it himself also, seen Iversen get criticised for a similar sort of goal last season.
-
Stats aren't everything, although 100% short passes I recall at least a couple that have put an outfield player under serious pressure but that would still count as a completed pass. I suspect you could also draw up similar stats to show that Wanya shouldn't have been dropped against Rotherham, but its not all about stats. Again, not saying I want Mads dropped at all cause I like him.
-
He's given the ball away a bit but nothing major and nothing droppable really. However, Wanya was dropped after a goal and motm so you never know!
-
Fair enough, realise I didn’t include in original post so easily done
-
Don’t necessarily think he should as I like him so far, but as Enzo seems to be a bit more ruthless with his team selections thinking if it might be a possibility
-
I’m not sure it’s really been his fault but given Hermansen hasn’t been able to keep a clean sheet yet, does there come a point where Stolarcyk is given a shot in the league if he’s done well in the cup?

22 home games since the start of last season seat always empty or a unique person. Pretty reasonable to assume there's probably something going on in my opinion. I'm not bothered whether there's ticket checks or not as long as there's an element of common sense. OP's situation is much different to the one I'm describing and a clear genuine need for varied use. Ticket touting or even just hogging a seat you have no intention of using on the other hand is not fair and just shows greed.
-
But after someone has clearly made money off reselling a season ticket. I've never seen the same person more than once. But the ticket is never available for sale on the website.
-
Weird how they seem more bothered about denying the real fans than with actual issues. There's a season ticket seat next to me that's clearly being resold (always sold before tickets released and when there is someone sat there it's someone different) and they don't care!

Looking to get an IPTV service but I know a lot of the good ones are invite only. Anyone got any recommendations they can send to DM please? -

This guy is awful, one of the most overrated keepers around. I'd genuinely rather have Ward.

Vestergaard it is then!

Just thought I'd mention that we've got a small section at the start of this new docu series on the Apple TV streaming site in case anyone was interested. Mainly just used as an example against the idea of a super league from when we won the title.

Squad isn't the problem, even if not brilliant it's a mid table or higher squad easily. The manager is the problem.

What's the benefit of the first floor seats? Can't find anything anywhere? Just to do with location?
