  1. Not sure you should punish an organisation for what they may do, only what they have done. The issue is those numbers are fluided.
  2. Interesting Ipswich have chosen to share their FFP calculation in their accounts. Would make things a lot clear if this was mandated by the league, and all clubs had to follow suit. Makes the PSR calculation much more transparent and you can see the healthy deduction process with the add back.
  3. Probably the wrong wording. But they have put under a transfer embargo because they claim we will breached their PSR. It's a charge in all but name.
  4. Consider they haven't done that to Forest or Everton I'd say that's unlikely.
  5. The only scrutinisation, would be over loans, for example if we claim a new loan is a refinancing of a old loan that paid for it. Depending on what a loan is allocated against decides whether its a healthy deductable.
  6. I find it interesting that the EFL have charged us when the accounts under jurisdiction 23-24, are still in progress.
  7. You can lose over 35m a year as long as you are under for the 3 year rolling period. The annual loss is just the start of the calculations not the end point as you have healthy expenditures to deducted as part of the PSR calculation.
  8. Let's be honest the leagues are as poorly ran as the clubs.
  9. I very much doubt they are bother about that. It's more to do kicking the can down the road ad trying to make that delay work in our favour.
  10. That's not how the PSR calculation works, we would have had healthy expenditure to deduct for the 93m los in the accounts. The loss after those and used for PSR calculations would have been around - 75m.
  11. Bloke needs to look after his health not us.
  12. Its only effective in the EFL at the moment so maybe different if get promoted.
  13. Shame we didn't have one of this in 21/22 window. Would have saved a lot of shit.
  14. Who going to want to buy us at the moment.
  15. Brushing over the fact have already trying to enforce a rule which they shouldn't and lost to us in an appeal. The leagues are as poorly ran as the clubs.
  16. Your not going to admit fault in public if you are going to fight the charges.
  17. Well it may have implications against UEFA FFP according to this statement. With respect to Chelsea, the CFCB First Chamber concluded that the club breached the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play regulations as a result of submitting incomplete financial information. “Following the club’s sale in May 2022, the new ownership identified, and proactively reported to UEFA, instances of potentially incomplete financial reporting under the club’s previous ownership. “The reported matters related to historical transactions which took place between 2012 and 2019."
  18. Inter just moved the goal posts, thinking they had us by the balls. We couldn't meet the new requirements financially.
  19. Enquiries may impact their previous PSR positions.
  20. 100% The lack of clarity and transparency is one of this biggest issues.
  21. Not strictly true, the current ownership have already admitted a number of dodgy business deals that were made under the previous ownership that allowed them to meet PSR. With those stripped away they have a lot of historical breaches.
  22. But we aren't so that point largely irrelevant. PSR in its current form will not survive as it not fit for purpose. The more clubs that get charged the the more momentum there will be to change it. I wouldn't be be surprised to see a legal challenge at some point, the league rules are not fit for purpose. Someone is going to challenge the lack of movement on the City and Chelsea cases. Whether is the reason the fact the league is punishing small clubs and current unable to punish two of the biggest offender is a bad look and feeds into the big 6 cartel point of view. The league has opened pandora box and I think it could live to regret it. This is me defending the club, we have been dreadfully managed, but more a view on what going to happen.
  23. I've never support him, just LCFC.
