He's 20 years old, has time to develop. He's only played 711 league minutes and has scored 2 goals and 3 assists, that's one every 140 odd minutes, must of those minutes in the Championship in a crap side. Barnes got 6 goals and 1 assist in his first loan at League 1 level in 1684 minutes. I think Will could surpass those numbers.

Only issue he has playing on the wing is he lack real pace to beat a man on the outside. No sure if he ends up at 10 long term.
