Fans, I feel have backed them the last few games and they still didn't perform. What do the players want from us? We give it our all in some games and they just fold or give up. No. We have players with a weak mentality and are pathetic. Ability is there, but if you don't have the right attitude then you're on a hiding to nothing. We now a culture that includes failure on a regular basis. Unless big decisions are made, we are going to fold
