So then my question would be, why did they start these unofficial talks BEFORE they sacked Marti, so they had an idea of who would be available. At least get an idea that someone wants the job and what they are asking. 2 weeks+ to get a replacement is just not a way to run a football club. They are too reactionary and not proactively planning. Again this will reek of incompetence.
