De Gea is decent. And that was a clear penalty. -

Oh yes. He's having a hell of a season. If it carries on into 2018 he should be in the running. Particularly if he signs for Spurts in the Jan window. -

And a good ban too. Horrible team. -
Must win if we are to achieve my dream of finishing above Spurs.

I hate the man. If you like football you have to want Wenger to win. But I think those days are gone. -

It will dribble for a while and fail to achieve anything. -

I haven't been this happy to not support Arsenal for a couple of years. It must be harsh. -

Mourinho really does have the hex on Wenger. -

I just texted my Arsenal supporting friend to say how funny Arsenal are to watch sometimes. I'd still like them to beat Mou though. -

Mourinho is the world's luckiest manager. I dislike him. -
Opening game v Tunisia. Looking an easy group, but we all know what can happen when it's England!

I was a massive Appleton doubter (I just don't trust anyone who spends so much time on their body). But it looks like a good team again - manager - coach and players. Our ground staff aren't allowed to show off any more - but they still rock. I feel like we are back - Europe here we come.
-
I expect he's on about the fact it was a good result - and nice to beat them after they beat us 1-6 last season.
-
We should play like that against Burnley and Newcastle - then we might be looking at some more European nights.
-
Both goals were things of beauty, but Vardy's was something only a true goalscorer can do.
-
That's actually quite true. But I still think we lose energy in the second.
-
I can't watch Leicester objectively. I just watched highlights on Sky and it looked like a completely different game. At the time I thought we absolutely whacked them in the first half and most of the second until they scored (a goal that photo evidence - see previous posts - shows was off side). and then we hung on - but Vardy should have scored on a break.
-
I might love him (but I also may have over celebrated a win against Spurts - and why not?))
-
That Mahrez goal (just watched again on Sky). Credit to whoever insisted we keep Mahrez and Vardy - because they have quality.
-
That Vardy goal (just seen on Sky again).
-
Precisely. Trying, and failing, to deal with that (with the additional matches) is what cost Claudio his job. We do come out very fast, and I think it's easier for fans to get behind a manager who finishes fast - better a 2-1 after being 0-1 down than 2-1 after being 2-0 up. Tough job managing a football club. Better a win I say. And with world class goals too. (Sorry - I'm a bit drunk and happy - we are such a good team when we are on it - and I've watched years of sometimes quite enjoyable ordinary football from us - I just can't take any negativity about this side, or the new manager - we are REALLY good)

Good lass

It's true.Fuchs was a major part of our title win - and I will never stop getting chills down my spine when I think about "that pass" to Vardy for his record breaking goal (genuinely spine tingling moment). But I think he is wise enough to know that it is time to step aside. I hope he helps behind the scenes - cos he has a good brain on him.

I am genuinely looking forward to Burnley - it will tell us a lot about where we are going under Puel.
-
Yes - It was a joy to see. I think I might be very happy with Puel.
