Agreed bud, I was out in Nottingham, near the Castle, the bars had session ipa's £7. Gamma Ray in town is atleast £7.50. I just think drinking out in general has become super expensive. Hence i stick to the smaller independant places, rather then the popular places.in town.
-
Premium as in alcohol content, rather than session. It didn't used to mass produced until Heineken brought it.
-
Standard price for premium IPA these days , bud.

So, we agree without legal documentation they are without legal grounds to come to UK? We as part of many conventions and law etc allow anyone to apply for Asylum pmwithout prejudice. During this judgement they are asylum seekers. However, If they fail to apply/on the run or fail, what would we would call them???????? They are not asylum seekers, they havent been give asylum. We agree they are now no longer legally allowed in this country and must be deported. They are migrants illegally in this country and must be deported? So up until seeking and they apply and get asylum, everything before and after it is illegal, according to law.
-
So anybody without the legal documentation that ends up on our shores, has to a) Apply for asylum, it is not assumed or a pre-req b)Asylum has to be granted? c)Failed Asylum seekers are not legally allowed to remain
-
So what happens to failed asylum seekers?????? Are they legal to remain???????
-
Not yet, I think were both me and @Facecloth at second base, i'm ready with the lube

I'm too lazy to get off my arse. You daft Clothie, I already stated this, peeps are illegal until they seek asylum, after that the legality is determined upon the conclusion of there application. All you have stated is we don't put them to prison, or penalise them, which is right, we should treat them humanely.
-
getting abit persie, I can bitch as much as like. If you don't like do one . They are illegal get over it, if you can't except do something about it and get off your arse instead of posting on a forum of no significance. The rest of the stuff, I agree.

I have no solution, nor claim to have, nor have I said I don't want to give people another way, all I have done is re-iterate the current situation with the labelling of illegal immigration. I totally agree, we do need to find a better way for people to see asylum, but I also don't like people being able to just ruck up at our door step. I have personal experience of this situation, people from my family have come by boats, non of them were legit asylum seekers, all applied and went on the run. One was a drug lord in the punjab, and now is one of the biggest drug dealers and pimp in Birmingham. Why they came here, it's simple risk and reward, they are economic migrants, the money they earn, has made them and there families very wealthy. On the other hand during the 80's after the Sikh genocide by the Indian authorities, UK, US, and Canada were saviours, the asylum process saved there lives.

There is no logic, its fact, unfortunately these people that travel by illegal means are illegal, i'm not saying its right or wrong. However the point your missing is, law states, no matter the method, anyone can seek, or apply for asylum as soon as they hit our land.
-
I know that Facie, anyone can seek asylum, once they are on the land of where they want to seek it. However getting to the land by illegal means, means upto that point they are illegally migrating. I hope thats clear.

What a confusing post, I didn't compare them, Debs did, I gave her the paradox of her comparison and ofcourse they are not similar, which I stated. According to Wikipedia the house of commons defines illegal immigrant as: Illegal immigrants in the UK include have: entered the UK without authority entered with false documents overstayed their visas worked or studied on a tourist visa/ non-immigrant visa waiver entered into forced or fraudulent marriage[12][13][14] had their marriages terminated or annulled I hope that clarifies things

I have no bloody idea, I will ask my cousins who have done this a few times.
-
That is correct, If I go to US without an ESTA or say a country that requires a VISA or do not meet there entry requirement, it does not matter what the reasons for travel, I will be an illegal alien. But there is fault in your logic, these people coming on boats, it's fair to say are not comming to Britian to see that sights etc, it's fair to say they are coming without any paperwork, they have not met any of our entry requirements and by illegal means. We have an asylum process which they have chose to ignore and go through traffickers
