1st day where I’ve done nothing but positive things in a while. Injections done this morning. Pretty painful and got more to look forward too as they couldn’t get in for the 2nd one as my screw from my previous op was in the way. Then went to the adult education centre for an assessment to do a maths course so I can eventually do a course to become a teaching assistant. Have to celebrate the good achievements.

Got some more injections in my ankles next week. Still undiagnosed condition I’ve had for basically my whole life. Had them before and last time I had this injection I got a stress fracture in my foot 😂. Look forward to getting it done and for it to really hurt and it be of no benefit to me as usual then I will be moving onto my next surgery. I’m not sure where they will take my bone from this time though. When they took it from my hip that was sore as anything for a few days. One day I hope they can actually do something with the bloody things if not I’ll be wheelchair bound in later life.

Doesn’t matter who we pick. Fundamentally none of the defenders we have are remotely good enough. I would like to see okoli and Coady given a go as well but they won’t be any better. We needed signings got none or should I say one who is a RB who is not going to be picked ahead of Justin who has had a dreadful season. Club is an absolute shambles.

I have done that quite a few times to be fair. Spoke to gp although I don’t like doing that as I think they’re useless as have numerous long standing health issues that have never been sorted. Had counselling, helped but it finished. I’m trying to work with my work coach and get a job and get structure but it’s proper hard, just feel like everything is out of reach
