  1. Following another clean sweep by the Southern section in the blast QFs this year, since the split to North/South in 2021 this is how the North has performed in QFs, beyond a joke now: 2021 0/4 2022 2/4 2023 0/4 2024 0/4 If it was down to random chance, having 0/8 in the last two years is a 0.39% chance, let that sink in
  2. Club have shown numerous times in recent seasons they'd rather lose money than going to gen sale. Cutting off the nose to spite the face Edit: Only ~400 left pre members, think it'll sell out anyway
  3. I think this is easily the main factor for slow sales, people care a lot less when they've "ticked it off". Couldn't disagree more with the second point, personally I think the two-legged semi final is as good as it gets, so much better than FA cup SF single leg at bloody Wembley. Even though we lost, the SF with Villa a few years ago was incredible. As close as you can get to being in the play offs when you're in the prem. And we all know the play offs are the best thing in English football
  4. I've always thought this was a common myth, exacerbated by moany cvnts like Klopp, can't find stats to confirm or deny though
  5. I just assumed it would be sky, can always hope C4 get on it Edit: oh dear England’s cricket Test tour of Pakistan at risk of television blackout | Cricket | The Guardian
  6. It's really not bad at £20. You say £12 is acceptable but are people going to not go over £8 difference? When you factor in travel, drink costs etc it's a drop in the ocean £30 cap for prem away games might be stunting people's view somewhat Villa is completely different when it's nearly £100 to go to a single game
  7. Really looking forward to the Pakistan series if last one is anything to go by. Timings are quite nice as well, 7am start our time?
  8. Madness they've picked it as the neutral ground as well, surely just have it in the UAE like Pakistan did when their home grounds weren't an option
  9. Have you not been to a Leicester away before? Often have vast swathes sitting down near the front, coach 1 ultras
  10. Constructive comment
  11. Not dynamic pricing related but Villa have released their CL home ticket prices today, oosh
  12. Personally got nothing against teams from lower leagues trying to get some cash when drawing us, £20 is a bit high but hardly extortionate
  13. We have the catchment area easily, problem is the club are trying their utmost to turn away new fans with single ticket pricing and the insane number of hoops you have to jump through to even get to said stage
  14. Eventually they get too greedy and people start to shun it, see Cheltenham and Lord's on Sunday v Sri Lanka. Yet to see it in football however, there's always people queueing up to take your place who are willing to pay whatever
  15. This is one of the most basic posts I've seen on this forum
  16. Hill on a torrid run of form
  17. Still after one for this
  18. After the £25 season ticket debacle I will never be buying anything within the stadium ever again
  19. Absolutely nothing, it's a large reason why the singing section is nowhere near as good as it could/should be. People too stubborn to move, so stay in singing section but refuse to sing. Even seen the odd person sitting down. Literally cutting your nose off to spite your face. But if they want to stay there is nothing stopping them. It's your classic lose-lose situation but some are very attached to 'THEIR SEAT'.
  20. writing could be on the wall here, losing to these dossers not good
