Anyone been to Texas before? Heading to Dallas for the World Cup and will be in the area for about 9 days with probably only 4 in Dallas. Looking for ideas as Austin, San Antonio and Houston look great while id also like to stay somewhere remote for a couple of days.

Was meant to go and run 10 miles earlier but binned it off after 5k and walked home. Did leg day yesterday, increased the weights and added hack squats back in which made every step feel like a slog. Understandable mate, I’m 40 next year and guaranteed tickets to any England game I want so said I’d go over for the groups but with the cost and logistical nightmare I kind of wished I’d decided to **** it off and go literally anywhere else with the money. That said, I’ve only ever done NYC in the states so really looking forward to seeing more of it, and hopefully a good chunk in Texas so I can go to all the BBQ places I’ve been drooling over on YouTube for years.

You can get cheaper rooms, I’ve booked Boston and New York for much less per night.

Nah, Scotland play Brazil in the 3rd game. In Boston I suspect you’ll have Brazil as it’s the bigger stadium of that or Phili. England will likely be Dallas, Boston and then NYC as FIFA won’t have us in a 45k stadium in Toronto will Panama play Ghana in a 95k capacity in Dallas.

That’s the 3rd game isn’t it. More likely Brazil Morocco I think.
