  1. Rich Tea dunked to perfection.
  2. Just listened to the interview with Claudio; well worth it. Very 'polite' towards our friend Kante too
  3. It really is all kicking off here in Italy. Ceres is a pretty demanding* hi-strength beer (think Special Brew but in a 33cl bottle), and is very popular in the 20+ male market. Make up a banner on the theme of getting Drinky to stop drinking water (geddit) and start drinking their product and win a ticket to a Leicester match. Might have a go myself https://twitter.com/Ceres *One is just right, two is too many, three's not enough - you get the picture.
  4. We have made The Spectator. Serious highbrow cred. http://www.spectator.co.uk/2016/04/sport-is-a-fairytale-factory-as-leicester-city-remind-us/
  5. The bile. The hatred. The bitterness. The mindless use of bad language. The intolerance. The churlishness. The resentment. The Chels fan saying there will be 40,000 Leicester City supporters at Stamford bridge for the last game of the season. LOVE IT.
  6. I have to say that the language on this Spurs' forum is absolutely dreadful. Fvckwits.
  7. We have virtually all the front 'page' of La Gazette dello Sport this morning. http://www.gazzetta.it/?refresh_ce Google translate should dish up some more gems chaps! Watched the match yesterday with a mate who I took to see QPR-Leicester (0-1 Vardy) in our promotion year. Now follows us big time. Fabio Capello was one of the commentators on there TV here. Even he had some grudging words of respect for Leicester. Obviously we wouldn't be getting quite so much coverage here if there wasn't Claudio at the helm but all the same, the press here is bonkers for le volpi.
  8. Here we are all they talk about now. http://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Premier-League/02-02-2016/premier-doppio-vardy-trascina-leicester-reds-ko-vincono-city-tottenham-140521863283.shtml
  9. Here in Italy there was a decent 5 minute piece on Leicester City on 'Quelli Che il Calcio" the main Sunday afternoon football programme that runs in parallel with the Serie A games. Good interview with Claudio, a look at some of the goals and a brief butchers at the training facilities. Very positive piece. All the main papers have been carrying articles about us, the dream that might come true, etc etc. We are very much in the public domain in Italy. Long may it continue!
  10. Had more than one go at Richard Keys in the past (Cuvuntry bias and all that) but even he is chanting our praises. May wonders never cease. http://richardajkeys.com/richards-blog
  11. I got pissed with Ozzy Osbourne in Olive's Bar at The Belmont when I worked at Premier Drums at South Wigston. Good bloke. I met lots of drummers during my time at Premier, probably my favourite was the chap from Blondie, Clem Burke. Good egg. I got seriously pissed with Charlie Nicholas at the Las Brisas Hotel in Acapulco during a hurricane. I was with one of my ex-wives. Terrifying bar bill. I have been told to eff off (more or less) by Geoffrey Boycott, Alan Lamb and Clive Lloyd but not at the same time. Sir Ian Botham is the rudest, most unpleasant person I have ever met. I remember seeing Frankie Wortho lots at Grannie's on the London Road but being too shy to say you are such a lad. Interviewed Jimmy Bloomfield when I was a wanky reporter on a BBC Radio Leicester student radio programme. A gentleman in the proper, old sense of the word. All the above not in chronological order obvs.
  12. I have never been to the Walkers. But I remember Filbert Street with so much affection. Being in the Kop when Wortho was doing his warm-up tricks...Lenny Glover flying down the wing...Stevie Earle....Graham Cross sticking it to anyone who came his way, Charlie George included. And the latter's V-sign to the Kop after the Arse fluked yet another 89th miinute FA Cup winner and the animal roar that came back. And how many were we? 39,000 odd? Happy days. And I say (speaking from Italy and knowing sod-all) let's stick with Holloway because he knows what he's talking about and will sort the club out. Happy Christmas! Forza Genoa!
