Pray tell me one team,that have all those assets you expect..!! Every week ( twice sometimes) there are the 4 of the most competitive leagues, around the world.. Teamss compete with each other,where lower teams occasionally through a full season,rip the higher,should of clubs one.. Though higher financially better equipped do rule part of the roost,there has never been a club that haven’t run the guantlet of expectancy and over any given period Supressed their “fan-goggled” expected ideologies of not being,sloppy,not putting teams consistently to the sword,not missed gold opportunities,or showing through and over several seasons the wisdom of killing the game off… Its because teams/individuals chase this preordained challenges through thei careers…Holding them up for disdain because small hits back,and big boys fail in their fans should request & remit,is what makes all sports interesting. Not even Barcelona or Man.city,or Ajax of old can’t keep that frustration at bay. We have this season a totally new blue print,that has given us a new challenging task. None of us knew our remaining and new investments players,were going to even compete or flop…We invest in a new manager and after a 20 game taster believe you have a right to ask of this new squad,all these things.. FFs this is sport,perfection in present dimension has not yet been achieved,including from those great but hated Arsenal or Manutd sides. Then those Burnley,Northampton,Notts County, greats of old who jumped from 4th into first over record breaking periods.. I for one enjoy these mishaps & hiccups and failings either from ourselves or another teams or individuals fails, frustrating yes,but part of sport and life,that loves giving out clipped ears,now and again…Dont follow participate in sport of any kind if you can’t stand the heat of disgruntlement,even when you are considered one of the best…To throw these generalisations around will leave your expectation-bowl dry and empty… Jesus we are the club that denied all,carried our baggage’s and over 38 games,held the most of those weaknesses in check,but never conquered them, ditto over these last 15 years teams like Man.city,Real Madrid..etc. Also last night we weren’t has bad as some of our own fans will have… Ipswich ( at home) looked busy and dangerous, I expect their fans are far more ( any if not all of your choices) disappointed on the night than we.. In the end that’s what one is trying to achieve…pss your opponent off,that his best on the day is not good enough,and ours is slightly a few steps ahead. Because of situation..we took the night quite comfortably, despite not delivering the coup de grace…

The squad over these 20+ games is more than doing its job.. We would automatically have our struggles ,as season progresses. This is not an experienced squad,with an imbedded system… but the system is looking after itself quite well,despite losing considered prime players,to injury,or required rotation. Not all can be planned or ordained, Enzo has to keep to his ideology,but sports nature of the beast, often interferes… Picking out individuals and Enzo’s need to use the squad,is also causing unfair analyse & critic.So far nobody let us down ( see the unnecessary critic on Coady selection) and other players introduction… Look at the table.. !! Then individual important movements,assists to assist in chance,or just attack creation. Within Enzo’s system there is that sporting allowance,that is making prudence of sharing load a very positive routine. First season,new manager,new squad, totally new system…FFs let the squad evolve and breath..and not go chasing every detailed uncomfortable moment(s) With All these so called horrors,the squad,the individuals ARE doing phenomenally better than expected,and returned smiles back to the terraces. This point tonight,spite Vesty or Ricardo being upset, has given Ipswich & chasing 2-3 wanna-bes a bigger dilemma and questions, on aspirations than we have. Our squad and individuals have proved their potential in cutting a progressive path.. Even now some posters are trying to forge agendas, and OTT questions by wanking up so called weaker players… We need to try and rotate,but still keep a balance using this seasons rescource of chosen players..I see no reason why we should go error,weaker spotting.

We go away to the 2nd best team in the league.offer them zero chance. We had to score ourselves,to keep Ipswich in the fight…2 bloody deflections, We still come away with a point It seemed a stonewall penalty.. Casadei didn’t have a bad game, He wasn’t the only one who let others pass him.. Ricardo could of been the culprit… The knee-jerk reactions from fans, are way OTT.. Ipswich, Southampton,Leeds will struggle more than us.. Boxing day curse, we came out on top,compared to other years. Enzo was able again to try other rescources in the squad. The ball at times didnt run our way, & it’s our own fans looking for chinks in our squad where there is nothing… The system wasn’t challenged and managing the game,within the system was working,then a wild shot,that was deflected twice was our undoing. Ipswich 2nd and at home, half the season gone and they are leaping for joy,despite not gaining any advantage,or making a dent into our position,approach or attitude…They has home the team desperate for being the one needing to influence the game. 4-5 shots through the whole game….!!!! And our fans seem to be crying the loudest and in self-destruct button mode.. We drew..job done, !! and bloody well. Let the bias pundits & commentators turn it to their advantage,it won’t change anything…Our bubble is far from bursting,in fact with Enzo holding the string and controlling the line..with short release and odd tugs, our bubble is flying on a decent & destined course… Too many posters panicking…..AGAIN, creating noise where there is nothing to hear..

Disillusioned.. That mature professionals can make a sows ear from a silk purse,with instruction manual included. Then fail on every stroke of Time & motion criterium,that Coventry car workers couldn’t even match… I can see one positive thing that could be said is born on the back of the VAR system.. justified unpaid overtime. The extra minutes added on in both halves.. Then again your average footballer is so dumb,instead of improving their response upon their time penalties,they unwittingly ( what footballer has shown any type of wit off-field)… They have allowed it to mould within their ranks,where they themselves become alone responsible to higher chance of Yellow or red cards, worse still more time on pitch to suffer late niggling or career postponing injuries,because they can’t work out..5 + minutes or more is more detrimental to their own well being.. I am a fan, I love it…!! unless I have to catch xx:07 transport back home. or last rights because one’s late for kids or wife‘s special day.. All complications of tactics and the great computed Nrs in any given system,but can’t work out..unnecessary minutes have dire consequences on injury,cards,losing the match,( more than chance of winning) it’s like bowling a ten ball over,it effects everybody….You wombles.! & Var desciscions should mean as easy as black n white..Any other move or delay leads directly to moral corruption. I am now more sure whether First minute ot last minute,any delay should lead to sin bin for the ref,any mis use of rescources Ref & linesman,not demote a league under,but 2-3 leagues under for a month. Though before this judging of refs & team,his power must be returned to him,The ref makes final descision ,not VAR,he has no longer than 30 seconds max to come to that descision….28 seconds longer than on pitch descision… VAR descisions are away from match and belated finds or reassessment if necessary of both yellow & Red cards. Ref goes to monitor under rules he sees fit, (but agreed & written down before season/tournament begin.) Gameday ONLY it’s the ref & his team alone have fixed times for end descisions. No further distant shoebox descisions,only short help,with it needs looking at again. With we don’t know,we have only seen something that might help attitude. Unless ref himself requests I did not see the issue,please give me the angles so I or linesman can decide.That then becomes Gods law..even for spec-saver bias fans.. All refs & Linesman & authorities go on regular courses, showing the difference of perspective in slow motion replays & real time..there are whole Encyclopedia on the psychological perspectives on the subject.. The alround technology is there,we can improve on descisions,but not by pushing descisions made from only TV or VAR..Its a physical sport with common sense refs. VAR rulings & deliberation are confusing the issue,including various bias‘es in those VAR boxes,they have grabbed too much of the power but without consequence. Again Return end descision to gameday ref-team only,with side line monitor help,with 4 th ref monitoring agreed time..! Then penalties when not adhering to it… There are more crass diabolical descisions today since VAR,because authorities wanting a slice of cake that doesn’t belong to them.. „Descision“ should not wander from field or stadium…The ref is God on gameday and should be respected..from all and sundry. I would also give him a Micrphone for major issues if any to the stadium speakers, but not every single issue.. The fans could play their part by first giving the idea time to bed in.. but usually on gameday every fan is from Essex & a chav,who knows everything.. VAR is like Boris Johnson giving power to his advisors,that the electorate didn’t ever agree with…

One prediction I would like to make and see it harvest the goods.. We buy all Man.cit players,surplus to requirements and believed to be the last Dregs, a couple of the sort from Chelsea including Castadei… And Everyman and his first team selection,is a great achievement for the foxes plus 4 Academy players at least prove to make the grade.. Its really the simplest of con-tricks… That’s why @StriderHiryu & a few others explanation of tactics enhances it more. Including Enzo’s own great video of his explanations and varieties of..intention and introducing new approach which supports a natural learning curve,when oppo teams try to knock it out of its concept… The one thing is what some fans find some consistent moves « boring » for long stretches,but there are still method & purpose,wthinin not diving in to take the initiative ( seemingly), when offered… I am nearly 70, I loved the decades of sort of gung-ho attitude in “ soccer“ & the best one wins..but that too can be mundane, & creates long periods of frustration.and lands often on stoney ground,or peaks out too early…( Leeds struggles for example) .The wind has changed slightly,and we don’t always pretend to hide the ball,we are hiding it by showing & offering the opposition sightings,but beggar the question, now do something about it… Our productive transitions are more productive,clever,interesting and once in flow hard to stop..not all turns into goals,some are there to define or even test and self-learn the gameday avenues… Yes I could occasionally scream and shout to do this or that,but now within their individualism,there is teams movement and priorities on the day…Players are told to keep that shape…manager,teammates and system demands it,but offers individual flexability… The idea & manager is new all round for our club, and squad,so it will take a few seasons to evolve and develope.. Enzo and we disciples, just need to carry on believing it,when difficult periods.and certain twists appear… One big positive,playing side he quickly got players onside and implementing the first strains….Brilliant that was a major step. We now can afford to lose games, initiative is not lost… Today is a major day for the ‚others‘, happily not us,but if we win,the strides are enormous against those a chasing.. Mind you ,any loss is pain, but this time not in the long run of things

I reckon Daka will be happy and proud,that he can represent his country at his highest regional international competition level,next to the World Cup…. Are we saying that ,European fans should begrudge our club African players their countries highest recognition.. I expect a profi-side from Europe,to organise their squads accordingly,they want the choice & spread of players,our fans every season demand that we scout so far afield… After all these years,not being prepared…is or would be simply Dumb..From club itself.. And fans can’t have it both ways…The reason those AFCON players are more than tempting is we want that highly qualified cut of that specific cake… The modern fan tendency ( at least FT it seems) is to lambast, the new play,instead of welcoming him,then when it suits them, dive into the negatives,, begrudge why we are every two yrs,we should be losing their services of those players for any given period.. We should be supporting them on their journeys & international paths,while representing their country,because they also market and represent their clubs they play for…..Even if we took away the marketing or financial gains, ts the honour in the role calls to have that association,from either club side,player,side,or international side…. Its seems we have forgot this in football and become snivelling,cynical little brats…. In Rugby it’s one of the most important issues of welding team character & strength… Both Sets of sports participants accept this,but there is a set of media,,pundits and fans on the football side,who prefer to lead their agendas and campaigns with its…Shown in their different vocabularies..

I actually think a bit opposite… We are growing into his role,his definitions of system & Squad, We now seeing, he always held that balance,definite & consequent in some area,but showing wisdom and forethought that he too is learning . we the fans in turn,are slowly aka this forum & pundits,slowly cutting out on the presumption,assumption angle… Beforehand towards each period and single gameday he has put foreword our issues & problems but not OTT broadcasting it. Often very canny,but genuinely admits his learning curves,before,during & after games… Definetely not arrogant or a braggart. He shows presently a cleverness & wisdom of recognising squad,team needs…He’s played every player,and gave them confidence and shown to all and sundry,he can make them a certain success… There is of yet no player,that can be pointed has the weakest,they take up their roles and upto now all fit… with accepting small tweaks to their game ( and gameday team) without any under.achieving presentation… That is Marascas redeeming strengths so far… Its within this forum and it’s presumptions across the board,where not has individuals,but as a Forum our perspectives collectively are & have been skew-wiff. The staticians,tacticians, decent punditrians are near in sharing,giving balanced insite ,but also often miss Enzo’s perspective. I would be happy & proud to be a supporter of every single one of them (94 Profi Clubs).. All full of their own tradition & crap...Mainly God bless all and everyone of their supporters...
