Getting rid of Marti solves nothing. Me thinks the root course is someone else. As far as I am aware, Marti had F-all to do with the recent years of total mismanagement and recruitment. He is just a sum of the parts. There needs to be seismic changes. David Lamy as Director of Football please to get this rebuild started.

Any Manager (including Pep) would struggle getting a tune out of this fiddle if he inherited the bulk of the current squad and had Dufkin as DOF. Blaming MC in isolation is prbably unfair to a degree. MC did not create the chaos at the Club. Major changes are required and removing MC only with no other structual changes will likely resolve absolutely nothing.

Personally I think he is hampered by the dross he inherited. Hardly his fault that Rudkin in cahoots with 3 previous managers shipped in a load of un-flushable turds. I think any manager that came in now would face the same issues. This season is done. Next season there will be major squad rebuild although this must be done without Rudkin.
