Was debating this with a mate the other night, what towns in the county and beyond have a majority Leicester support? The only one in the county that I think isn’t majority City is Castle Donnington which is Derby Ashby being the further West “city” and Stamford the furthest East

P1 isn’t family stand either anymore and hasn’t been for a couple of seasons now

L1’s going to be part premium/corporate Club won’t want people standing in front of exec boxes either

Just not sure your ever going to move a significant percentage of our lot from seeing Forest as the main rival tbh Geography/History/ the East/West Mids split thing all play a huge part You could have said the same thing after the scenes at the city ground last season or in the cup game

Felt the KP was much more up for it against Forest last season than the Cov game this year though

North Notts and North Derbyshire tend to support the Sheffield clubs more than Derby/Forest You don’t find many Derby fans north of Chesterfield Forest are bigger in the east of the county and lincs (Grantham is a Forest stronghold) and places like Long Eaton/Stapleford etc

They wouldn’t have bought Cov with their messy stadium ownership situation

We had more passionate support in the home end at old Trafford that day

Cov haven’t beaten us since 2008 when it all kicked of in Earlsdon

Think this is fair Tbh most Cov fans I know see us as their main rivals especially the younger ones Villa don’t really like us either (always aggro off the pitch even at a low level when we play them) Forest also have a “rivalry”with Sheffield United
