He spent four years in the MLS with The Herons and Philadelphia Union, racking up a total of 37 goals and 15 assists from 115 regular season matches in the United States, becoming a key part of the side that finished runners-up in the 2022 MLS Cup. Julián’s performances earned him a move to the Eredivisie in the summer of 2024, where his goals in his debut campaign helped Feyenoord to a third-place finish in the league, as well as the knockout phases of the UEFA Champions League.
