Mate, I'm not sure if I'm even going to WATCH it, much less GO to it. I refuse to feel guilty about not caring when there is little evidence that anyone at the club does. Until the players show more effort, the manager stops making the same poor decisions, the recruitment team improve the quality of the squad, the board are held accountable for their financial mismanagement and the owners take responsibility for all of the above then I don't see how they can expect us to back them.
-
I don't think it's "cultish" to take exception to a player telling us about how good the team are when we've watched them produce absolute dross all season. I would argue it's more "cultish" to defend them despite the level of performance you've witnessed them produce with your own eyes. No one at this club, from the players to the owners have done ANYTHING to deserve such backing and the more support they get for their incompetence, the longer it goes on. "Going in" on them is more beneficial for our club in the long run than meekly cheering on as they run us into the ground as maybe the more criticism they get, the MIGHT just hold someone accountable.

I'm not a fan of JJ. I honestly believe he's been one of the worst players in the league this year but what was he supposed to say? "It's over, we are already down and aren't good enough"...?? He would be slated by the same folk who are slating him for saying this. This is on the media team for putting this crap out there. The club need to realise that we don't want to here any of this rally the troops garbage unless it's backed up on the pitch. What we really want to hear is Top telling us why him and his goons are steering us towards a second relegation in two years whilst financially crippling us, what he plans on doing about it and who he is holding responsible. Anything else, we aren't interested in so they should shut their mouth and let us try and get on with watching the deteriation of our club.

Kilmarnock or Morton.
-
We WERE under EFL ruling. We submitted our accounts after transferring to prevent the EPL punishing us.
-
Because we broke FFP regulations for the 20-23 period. We only escaped punishment because we successfully argued that we weren't under EPL jurisdiction when we submitted the accounts, meaning we were under the EFL's. I'm not sure how it works (neither are our board by the looks of it) but it's fairly logical to assume that they may have the power to punish us for that breach.

I would rather watch that this this nonsense.

Was planning watching this whilst bathing the kids but after seeing that lineup, I might just take a bath instead.... anyone selling a toaster?
-
I'm probably going to get a bit of heat for this but has anyone ever considered that he's a significant part of the problem with regards to poor player attitudes? He's been there during the reign of more than one manager now who the players have turned on. IF he is influential in the locker room, have we ever considered that he's a BAD influence? I know it's Jamie Vardy, possibly our greatest ever player but let's be honest, the guy is a knob. That's one of the things we like about him but maybe we underestimated how much of a knob he actually is...

I wonder if they could raise funds by selling off some overseas assets..... specifically, US!
-
I made peace with it after the summer transfer window closed. Barely watch games anymore and if I do, I turn it off after 2-0. I'm not putting myself through the stress.

....but if they can't relay that information on to the rest of us, what good is it? Let me ask you this, do you feel any better or know any more now than you did before they had that meeting? If the answer is no then the meeting and the group is pointless.
-
Thats a fair point but they can have 30k members, if the wider fanbase isn't being kept in the loop then it makes no difference. That's my point. That meeting could have went well with the club promising allsorts and saying the right things, we don't know and because we don't know, our frustrations increase and it's hard to see the point of these groups at all. They are telling us as much as the club is.... nothing.
-
They only need 1 member to serve the purpose of relaying the concerns of the wider fan base to the club, asking the questions we want answered and passing their response on to us.
-
Correct me if I'm wrong but my understanding is that, these groups exist to provide a link between the club and the fans... With absolutely no information of what is tranpiring at these meetings being shared, it appears that the only link is between these groups and the club... the fan base aren't being considered by either party.

Soulless and impationate statement. It doesn't read like it was written by someone who loves or is passionate about this club. Let's call it what it is, emotional blackmail to try and prevent fans protesting a mess that he and his band of goons created. The fans reaction is a direct response to his inaction and he can't allow himself to take responsibility so they are shifting the blame to the only people who actually care because there is no evidence that he, the board, the manager or even the majority of players actually give a crap.
-
This board/ownership have.... Dug us into a financial hole that has saw us enter legal battles with 2 separate leagues over PSR. Decimated the structure of the club, not least the playing staff that will see us relegated for the 2nd time in 3 years. Tied us to morally corrupt companies and sponsors that threaten even more legal troubles. Alienated and priced out loyal fans who are losing interest in the club they love to the point we're people don't care anymore. .....and no-one loses their job?! It's a joke.

37-17 Chiefs.
-
I've always found it weird how seriously Americans respect their flag yet they are more than happy to butcher their national anthem any chance they get.
-
Hate to cheer on the Chiefs but as a Cowboy fan, I simply can't cheer the Eagles, so...
-
Didn't remember the game was on until 8.30 and then it was a mad scramble to not watch it. Past caring.
-
Despite being our greatest ever player, Jamie Vardy is a poisonous influence in the locker room and has played a pivotal role on multiple managers being turned against by the players.
-
I thought that was just fact at this point...
