Evans too much a professional to lower his standards to the others. A real pro and should be team captain. Maybe slap a few across the ear -

Would give him a summer recruitment and 10 games into next season. Whatever happens this season will be what it will be. Not that excited anymore. But something is SERIOUSLY wrong with us right now. -

This is AWFUL. The space we are leaving in midfield and no one running into the box. -
Absolutely. We can all remember how Ranieri brought a player or two on at 60 minutes. Shuffled the others around and often got the result. Not seeing that lately.

Brendan Rodgers 38 Premier League Games

I have to admit I am concerned about our recruitment. It is rumoured that the reason we could not aquire players in the winter was due to FIFA fair play. If that is the case why are we offering new contracts to the likes of Morgan who is probably on a high wage. We could probably get a much better needed type player than him. Coaching role for 1/10 of the wage ok but not a players wage -

Exactly, case in point manager at Wolves. Has done a brilliant job with the team he has and the amount of games they have played. There appears to be no tiredness there -

A little deceiving being those figures are including last season. We should really wait to see where we stand after this entire season. That is a true picture of where we stand and where we are as a team. It's like saying a manager won the league with 102 points got regulated with 34 points following season and saying well is average is 60 points. Great job done. Doesn't work like that. It's all about the current. A manager is always judged on the teams current situation. -

Could not agree more. I for one want to see who he brings in over the summer and how we fair for the first 10 games of next season. If he brings in new players to bolster the squad and we play exactly the same slow game like the last 10 games, then we should really start to ask questions. -

I have been saying for weeks now that our current way of playing has been found out. We always play the same way. Kasper out to either Ricky or Chilly. They try running into final third. Now teams just double team them and have become ineffective. Midfield players now coming deep to get the ball. Making them alot less effective. I have seen this for weeks and I wonder why Rodgers hasn't. Slow, slow build up allowing the opposing team to get everybody behind the ball. The few times he played 2 upfront we appeared much more effective but he immediately went to the formation that has been found out. Also Barnes and Chilly cannot play together. Perez is playing as a winger, but he is no winger. You cannot put square pegs in round holes. We will have to see how we recruit in the summer to see if formations change. People say we over achieved early season. I tend to believe we are regressing if there is not something going on behind the scene. Also we do have a history of turning on and turning off the football under managers. IE. Ranieri second season. Shaky and then Puel. If we are honest they really did appear to down tools. -
I would gladly take not having defenders passing it around the back in the last 5 minutes while we are losing as a plan b. It is pathetic how we move the ball around like we are 2 up.
-
Absolutely mate. I my opinion it shows how good a manager Ranieri was for us. Look how many times he would reshuffle during the game. Sub here, sub there and we would generally win. At the moment I don't think he can relieve pressure from the lads on the field. I have been saying it and strongly believe that Rodgers is a very good coach at developing players but I don't think he is a great manager. His substitutions confuse me and doesn't seem to motivate the players mid game.
-
Dan actually believe this team is technically better, but league winning side had so much more grit, determination and passion.

A couple of different Liverpool supporters down the pub told me earlier in the season when I was gloating about our performances, told me that Brendan Rodgers doesn't know how to change a game midway. That is what furiated Liverpool supporters the following season after they almost won the league by blowing it. One blamed him for them losing the season when he did not know how to change their slide in final push. Sounds pretty familiar.

Absolutely. I don't see players running into space. Whenever a fullback has the ball it honestly looks there is the only side to side pass because no one is in space. Slows us right down
-
Been saying for a few weeks and getting slaughtered. Finally some have seen the light

Been saying it for a few weeks and getting slaughtered for it but Rodgers does not know how to change a game Midway through. Couple of different Liverpool supporters told me that at the beginning of the season. I now believe they were right.

93rd minute an where is our urgency?

We now need too many touches or passes. We want to walk in it. Pathetic
