I disagree. We need to look at the fact that we picked up Michael Golding as part of the deal.The lad is a top, top prospect & 4 mil is ridiculously cheap. KDH hasn't set the Premier league on fire & realistically is only worth 30 mil. Like all fans we tend to over value our own players. The club has done well to recover from the mess we were in.

I fully expect Cooper to use him off the bench. One thing about Cooper is that he has never been scared to give a player a chance.

We haven't seen the second part of the deal which will happen in August to facilitate FFP. There will be a player coming in from Chelsea & that is what will make or break the deal. If it's Michael Golding then we have done very, very well !!

If this is true, then it's a fantastic deal for Leicester . He is a very highly rated England international who with Braybrooke & Alves would give us an amazing potential in midfield.

Time will tell but one of those refusals was when his wife was 9 months pregnant. It will depend on whether Cooper decides to use him but based on last seasons performance & his age I think the right move might tempt him. Buying or extending players based on the managers wishes is always tricky as we've seen when the manager decides to move on. We didn't learn anything from the Rodgers era & I doubt we will learn anything from Maresca or the upcoming Cooper era. That's what happens when a team doesn't have a proper DOF !!
