Agreed. ...Thats when you add a couple & delete a couple in each window until you get where you want to be. I see all these managers who state they want to play out from the back but don't have a keeper who can do that. How many goals do we see each week that involves a keeper passing the ball to an opposition forward. ...Jordan Pickford anyone !!! Get the players who can do the job first.

Good managers are able to compromise & make changes as they work with the team they have until they get the team they want.

Vardy is good for a 37 year old but very average for a championship striker. The definition of average may be "under performing".. !!

We have 4 very average strikers & what we really need is 2 good strikers.

It's basically worshipping at the Church of Pep & that system requires very, very talented players .We do not have that level of talent & we will be horribly exposed if we make it back to the Premier. Good managers are able to adapt & Enzo has shown that he cannot adapt.

Three very strong points but unfortunately I don't see Enzo embracing any of them. He really is a one trick pony who struggles to adapt or innovate when a change is needed ...Assuming that we earn promotion I feel he will get eaten alive by the big boys who can change on the fly.

Enzo has made it quite clear on many occasions that he will not change !! The problem in my mind that he is a one trick pony with only one plan that he will stick with regardless.

I don't particularly want him gone as I think he has some positive traits but I would like to see him pull his head out of his arse and stop being a one trick pony. It's OK for Pep to be stubborn as he has 25 of the best players in the league to choose from but Enzo need to be more flexible & change things up as needed. It's a terrible thing when I don't want to watch the games !!

Exactly Right it’s all about how you deal with it. We have a pretty much healthy squad. …use them !! We are playing Plymouth and we are shitting ourselves worrying about the result. If our second eleven can’t beat Plymouth then God help us in the premier ….

I agree. Just introduce some urgency to the passing & play the occasional through ball so the opposition doesn't know what to expect

Vardy is not effective unless he is getting led by passes into the box. Passing the ball around in midfield reduces his impact greatly. Good managers cater their game to the assets they have.

Hopefully Enzo learned something from the Millwall game but I have my doubts. Teams don't care how many passes we make & have learned how to play against us. Our manager's lack of experience & refusal to adapt against different styles is really starting to hurt us. If we do make it back to the Prem we will get eaten alive by tactically aware managers.

With all the FFP Bullshit going on we will be juggling player sales like a used car lot. The problem with Soumare is that he is just a break even / loss situation. We may just have to give him a chance & hope Enzo( if he sticks around) can turn him into a Premier league player.

All football fans love a conspiracy theory & we are no different but the truth is that LCFC have not communicated well with their fan base for quite some time now. The only information that gets passed along is from the managers & they are not privy to a lot of what goes on at the club !! The LCFC women's team & their fans deserve answers and need to see a path forward.

We certainly seem to make every thing more difficult than it needs to be !! The club needs to deal with the Kirk issue promptly but dragging it out makes me think they are trying to hide something.
