I personally think that Faes is more than good enough for the Premier but with CBs it's all about the partnership. We saw it with Huth & Morgan, neither one was good enough for the Premier but together they were more than good enough. We just need to match Faes up with the right partner.

Coady has been a bit underwhelming when he has played .

I think it's all about Sensi and Maresca knowing each other .. There is a definite connection there.

A loan gets him off our payroll & show cases him to other teams . It a step in the process !

He really didn't have much to work with. They were an over achieving Championship club with a piss poor owner. Regardless of that I would rather see Souttar playing somewhere rather than sitting on the bench. Coady & Nelson are more than adequate back ups.

Chris Wilder is a pretty decent manager who with the addition of a couple of players could shore up that defence. Souttar's value will decline sitting on Leicester's bench & at Sheffield he would have the chance to showcase his talents. It's win/win for me.

I doubt very much that Souttar would want to sign with Sheffield on a permanent deal considering that they are favourites for relegation. A loan could work very well for Leicester if Souttar can go there & impress

I don't see us getting away with anything at the moment ! We are beating teams week after week playing this style. Clubs scout us and know how we will play but still struggle against us. Obviously we will need to bring in higher quality players for the premier & I don't expect us to challenge for top six but I really don't share your negativity in saying canon fodder.

By the sound of things we are running close to the line with FFP but will have money to spend in the Summer window which is a better window anyway. We will be losing some big earners in the Summer ( Vardy, Nacho, Praet ) so Enzo will have some flexibility with the payroll . I truly believe that Enzo is the Man to take us forward & for me he is a breath of fresh air after the Brendan era.

Yeah. Losing 4 games is a disgrace !!! Lots of Managers would not have us where we are. Maresca has done an incredible job with this team while giving younger players an opportunity . Obviously he will need to bring in new players when we get promoted but this team will only get better with Enzo running the show.

I'm sure Coady would like & probably expected a regular spot but Faes & Vesty have played too well for Souttar or Coady to get much of a chance.

I'm happy that the club took care of business & avoided FFP punishment. It hurts to sell on the cheap but better than the alternative.

A loan is the best that we can hope for & I really don't see that happening anyway. The club had to sell him at the 12 month mark of his contract for whatever they could get. Letting players enter the last 12 months of their contract is just bad business & we don't seem to have learned that yet.

Yes.. it has turned into a circle jerk where home grown players are the most valuable commodity. Chelsea are going to be in trouble unless they can sell some academy lads which makes me wonder if clubs like Spurs wont buy from them just to be awkward ...

I love Jamie Vardy but let's face facts, he is never going to be at his best again !!! He is not going to be our main striker in the Premier next season at 37/38 & if he's still at the club I would be surprised.

He will be though if we keep him.

I actually thought that he had a fairly strong second half & lets be honest, very few had good first half ! He has great technical skills & has the makings of a very good player. I think he will do well in the Premier & is a steal at 7 mil ! Maresca will do what he does best & keep pushing him to improve.

I would guess between 10 & 15 million. If we could pick him up for 12 mil that would be a good deal.

He is the pure class to see & it's a pleasure to see a healthy Ricardo play football.

I think he could play that role quite comfortably but we don't know if he will be back next season. I think Man C would sell but I don't know if we could afford him.
