To be fair I think guy was mostly talking about Rudkin from an academy perspective which if you look at it objectively and individually it is very possible that Rudkin has done a good job in this respect. The academy is thriving and does have alot of good talent in and has produced some major prem stars since he has been in charge of it e.g. Chilwell, Barnes, KDH etc. However as director of football he has failed there is no doubt about that
  17. I definitely wasn't disagreeing on it being a good option if possible I just wasn't as sure as others that it was actually possible
  18. People keep saying about gardening leave but unless it was specified in his contract when he signed or he resigns and has a notice period this is not possible. You can't just put someone onto gardening leave that would effectively be seeing as constructive dismissmissal and is illegal and would lead to him getting a big payout at a tribunal
  19. Rudkin dosen't work Bank Holidays so he might still get sacked tomorrow
