Giving slightly creepy stalker ex vibes to the club today - the first 2 calls they couldnt help me as were waiting on authorisation emails to come in, despite them going in last night! Club were unable to find the emails from them - emailed Jim to ask him whats going on, he asked me to confirm the email address they sent their email too 😂 3rd time lucky, finally sorted. Shambolic ticketing process from the club this year.

I got in after 40 mins. got told they hadn't verified the emails from my friends and were working through them! found it unbelievable that the lad couldn't do a search for those emails on the phone and had to wait for them to individually get replies saying they'd received them 😂 on my 2nd queue attempt, 13th in the queue 🫠

I kept ringing the number then pressed 1,1 after it answers instantly to bypass the automated stuff, did this for about 10 mins then finally got in. started at 19th in the queue, now 14th, 15 mins in. I reckon 1 hour of queueing. luckily have a day of annual leave which lined up with this, other than that I'm not sure how people are meant to do anything.
