As dominant as the Manchester sides have looked, and Chelsea or Tottenham could be, Arse and Pool are neither complete nor well managed, and I doubt either will look brilliant on W-L-D or goal diff. come May. So I don't see solid mid-table clubs each facing a dozen can't-win fixtures.
