I think both games are going to be tight. Portugal should have too much for Czech Rep but the Swiss game could go either way. I see lots of goals and a tight game, but Switzerland's lack of a good striker makes me edge towards Turkey.

They are good odds, the Portugal/Turkey double seems to be about 5/1 at most places.

I'm tempted to nip to the bookies, to put a £5 double on Portugal & Turkey. My nearest bookies is totesport though and I don't like them. Might wait until tomorrow anyway and stick my money on Germany & Poland.

I haven't followed it before betting wise, but I followed it towards close season, just keeping an eye on it. I think he had 20% profit last season.

yeh, you choose whatever points system you want, based on what you can afford. 120+ points profit this season, and about 75 points profit the season before. EDIT: they claim this is done for the £100 staker somewhere I think i read. I haven't followed it before as I only found it half way through this season. Might do nest year with maybe 1pt = £3 or something. But some of the bets are placed with specific bookies to get the best odds so would need to have multiple accounts.

As a completely random side note, why do bookies offer odds as to who is going to kick off? It is basically betting on the toss of a coin, which sounds pretty stupid, but they always split it 2.05 and 1.95. So if you bet on the 2.05 every time, you should, in theory, be guaranteed a profit. The only way it can benefit bookies is if people take them up on the 1.95, but why would anyone do that?

My day was ok except gravesend just sacked me on championship manager in my 5th season. I had them just 6 pts off the play-offs in league 2 and made them financially stable. Ungrateful idiots.
