The thing with this is, whilst he's done well, he's done well in THIS side. A side where we pretty much dominate every single game. At a higher level where in most games, a large part of it he'll spend on the back foot, would he have anywhere near the same impact on a game?
I'd lean on the side of no.
If an offer of £5m came in (especially given Abdul isn't going to the AFCON), I think that would be decent enough to accept and free up a squad place.
