There's an owner who is desperately out of his depth and devoid of interest, a board who couldn't organise a decent spread at a cheese and wine party and a selection of departmental heads who would struggle pinning a tail on a donkey without blindfolds. They've all needed clearing out for the last four years. Wishing that they will suddenly become competent in their respective roles is just fantasy fanship. They won't, they can't, they're beyond done. Top no longer wants to commit money to the club that he can spend on racing donkeys and he's bitter that the English don't understand unquestioning Thai deference to their lords and masters. No matter what Coach 1 believes, he isn't here for the club anymore, he's simply struggling to find a way to get out and save face.
