Funny, I live in Hamilton where we have a CFL(Canadian Football League) team that wears the black and gold, so a lot of supporters here also support the Steelers. Also, Hamilton is known as the 'steel' city, which Pittsburgh is also, in the US. Maybe based on that, people here would support one of the Sheffield teams.

I usually just go for whatever city show up first when I zoom in

The NFL was always huge here in Canada. Kids in HS basically picked their team on who's colours were the coolest, or just by a favourite player. Raiders of course were always well supported. Cowboys and Steelers from their 70's success Niners also, from the Montana era. Bills and Lions are the border cities to us here in Ontario, but we're never the "cool" teams to support, although I remember seeing quite a few Barry Sanders jerseys.

I certainly remember Howie. My nickname at school was Archie. There was a QB for the Saints at that time who shares the same last name as me(along with two of his more famous QB sons). Luckily for me, I didn't take them on as my team. Those years they were referred to as the "Aints" and even their fans wore paper bags over their heads to games. I've mostly supported the Bills since they are the closest team and all our American TV stations are out of Buffalo. Went down to the games a lot in the late 80s and early 90s. Was a fun team to watch at that time, except when it came to the Super Bowl

Had a friend in high school that did the drive there and back on a long weekend. He ended up becoming a pilot, which made a lot of sense and also gay, which doesn't have anything to do with the story.

I havent been out to a movie in a few years, and even back then I found it to be that way. I can't even imagine it now. I'll check it out when it's streaming.
