Walsall seemed to have re-found their form. I didn't think they get past Chesterfield. Wimbledon are just solid. I mean I usually would find something I dislike about a team we've played 4 times in a season, but I can't with them. I'll go with Wimbledon 1-0.

I would point out that we were missing our top 2 scorers, but we had them for the first leg and still couldn't crack them open. And there lies the main criticism of Maynard in that he doesn't have what it takes to manage a team at this level, especially in regard to any sort of offensive tactics.

Well that is that. Better team won. Tough call for the final. Should be interesting. As for us... It was an improved season from our first season back in the league, but...there's still so much that needs to be done if we're seriously going to look for promotion.

Credit to the Wimbledon supporters today, they were in full voice the entire match.
