Can't believe some of the stuff saying today wasn't a good point. I get that the position we're in, a win would relieve a lot of pressure but when you go to a promotion chaser away from home when you're in a relegation battle any point is a positive, regardless of the performance. The success or failure of this supposed restructure feels very much reliant on McCarron and whether he brings new ideas to the table that have a significant change. That in itself proves that the previous and this new structure is wrong. A good structure should be about ensuring clear communication of a vision/strategy, having clear and defined roles & responsibilities, making the structure conducive for people to collaborate working towards meeting the strategy. It shouldn't hinge on one bloke.
