Not disagreeing. I just think we've basically played the same formation all year which clearly isn't working so why not try something new.

I started off the season with a similar perspective hoping that Wrexham would struggle but as the season has progressed and I've seen them play I've become more tolerant. Whilst they have chucked money at it and not got every decision right, we are a case and point that chucking money at it isn't enough. They've spent really well and a manager who isn't your traditional fashionable manager set up in an organised and effective way. Teflon Jon would only dream of having that.

I get the logic behind the decision but it had to be made as soon as the players left the field. Once they let the game run out and Senegal had lifted the trophy then that's the matter closed. Now you just end up with a situation where the 2025 winners have an asterisk next to their name where nobody really won it.

We've wasted 3+ months in getting a new manager in place and settled. Delayed sacking Marti by at least a month but arguably 2-3. Delayed appointing a manager by a month. Now it's taken a month for Rowett to realise these lot are a waste of time and he can't trust them.
