  1. Yep, found this year really easy to watch. Quite enjoyed ifollow with the amateur commentary and terrible production value!
  2. Yeh, it happens all the time. Rashford was teaching how to cook. Football managers are asked their opinion on wars. Were you spitting feathers about the Qatar world cup? Or did you recommend our noted public figure footballers shut their mouths and got on with their jobs. The victim mentality runs throughout this thread. You’ve got dudes saying we should sue Man City and others saying we’re due half a billion! It’s delusional at best!
  3. Lol what’s that got to do with the price of eggs. The victim mentality is funny/worrying across this thread.
  4. He’s clearly stated he’s written his letter as an Everton fan and not in his official capacity. And he’s not an MP.
  5. I do! Yesterday was poor and they were off, but in general I enjoy it
  6. I really don’t understand why you and so many others give up money and precious weekend time to go to something you’ve already decided will bore you. Bonkers
  7. Think that’s the main point of this thread. How to get the atmosphere going even when the inevitable poor performances (like today) occur, because that shouldn’t be an excuse
  8. I think he did. He Gee’d up the crowd around 85 minutes and some plank in B1 responded whilst walking out….go figure. The Tifo was once again superb. Such a good addition to the day. Noted at the end Enzo pointedly making all players and members of staff on the pitch to go to the section to applaud them. Animatedly pointing at the section and ushering everyone to that corner
  9. Not really ‘amazing’ - climate change is another thing that ‘may’ cause harm to fertility. Alongside other things that are proven to cause harm to fertility such as a phone in your pocket, smoking, alcohol, poor diet, lack of exercise etc etc. Why would this headline convince anyone
  10. Used to go because a friend was engaged to a woman from there, luckily that ended. Her stories were absurd: drunkenness, gbh, possession of drugs, the family car was a caravan, they had 7 chainsaws in the garden…the list goes on. Feral
  11. Haha wow…presume that’s the town centre which is clearly a dump. In the uk you tend to have dump city centres but once you go out a bit it becomes nice, with decent people of an average IQ. I found in northants the suburbs were also a total dump with feral people.
  12. Northants is a great, but surprising to me, shout. Maybe I’m naive, I imagined it was a nondescript part of the world. The level of depravity not only in the town itself but across the surrounding suburbs was alarming. Hopefully never have to go there again
  13. Yeh I’m a massive Hamilton fan and don’t like max because he’s just so weird, but I’m shocked that anyone who even has a passing interest in the sport can consider him anything but amongst the greats. Not everything has to be a rivalry. They’re both all timers
  14. Back in London for work today and the match tomorrow. 5 tiny rebel at the bell in Spitalfields. V nice
  15. To say Max is an average driver is as mental as those who were saying Lewis was an average driver when he was winning all before him
  16. This is a home game so the above advice is null and void. Buying a membership will 99% get you a ticket. Ask around, if you know a STH or member, you will be able to get a ticket that way.
  17. Yeh that is what I posted above - https://www.dfat.gov.au/geo/tuvalu/australia-tuvalu-falepili-union-treaty Climate migration, and more direct climate compensation will soon be hitting central balance sheets.
  18. Is the whole singing section not lively? Tbh I’ve always assumed it is and when I look over it appears to be. Are you saying the middle backwards don’t sing?
  19. Long acre was always a good option
  20. 'Mostly' being the key word. Because there are huge numbers of easily accessible loopholes to earn millions and pay nothing. The richer you get, the less you pay
  21. Lol there is no way we should be cutting taxes now, that is bananas. Of course we live in a political, not real, world, so the pain will just be passed to Starmer after Labour win the election as the Tories prepare to win in 2028. Hunt has found the numbers to cut consumer taxes from assumptions that won't be met, including a continuing period of spending cuts until 2029.
  22. Read this thread, our fans are getting into a frothing rage because they think we're the victims here. Imagine the level of barnyard ranting if it had happened to us!!
  23. You are wasting your time talking to call centres, email Chris O Shea with what you have written here, and what you want from them
  24. Would be delighted if it's as long as a couple of decades away and not much sooner. Climate migration has already started, see: https://www.dfat.gov.au/geo/tuvalu/australia-tuvalu-falepili-union-treaty And is being discussed widely and globally.
  25. Should try landing in the Channel Islands, these pilots deserve applause! Yesterday landing the plane was swaying so much I was sure it would miss the runway. A dude fell off his chair it was so bumpy, people screaming etc. Bravo
