On the portfolio point, I think ‘mom and pop’ landlords are a million times better than funds/companies/asset class holders owning property. That is BS…sorry to hear that. Did you query with the property manager or directly with the adjudicator? Property managers are terrible people who don’t care about the tenant or landlord, don’t let them push you around as tenant rights in a dispute are clear
