Okay thanks for the clarification I do agree with you. Our recruitment policy has certainly been debatable. Last season with the exception of ndidi the signings were dreadful. I just wonder if Shakespeare will ever play a different formation, I think if he doesn't he'll be out. So there's a part of me that hopes he sticks to 442 because I don't think shakey is the answer.

Did he ever play cb pre season or what about playing dragovic. I can't see the point of signing someone on loan and not playing him. Dragovic would be an option playing 3 cb.

No completely out of his depth. You only have to look at him during matches arms folded not doing a lot. What I'd like to know is would any other premiership team in our position at the end of last season hired him. I mean an assistant does well for 10+ games then not only get the job permanently but gets a 3 year contract. Look at his reaction when ullua was injured against Liverpool him Appleton and Stowell had no idea what to do.
