I think the club are gambling on no business. They will gamble on the academy players filling gaps, and hoping that the fact Cifuentes work with QPR rubs off on us. So no one will be coming in, perhaps one or two will go but knowing us it will be Bilal and Mads who actually won’t benefit us due to them being on fairly small wages. So in short, I don’t expect us to sign anyone, they will gamble on what we’ve got.

It’s not wrong. He and Winks were on close to £100k a week last season.

I would say go for the Gibson studio. The Epiphone’s are excellent guitars, but the LP studio has dramatically improved since the early 2000’s…. So much so that is literally becomes the choice of instrument for a lot of studio based musicians. The LP will I imagine have slightly better pickups too, also o really like the finish of modern day LP’s too. What I will say is this, go and try big for yourself again, play them both, pick some songs, to play on both and compare the two. I can sit here and say buy the LP, but you need to feel them both and try to go with which one you prefer playing and prefer the sound of, don’t just go with what is perceived to be better. The LP will be the slightly better of the two, but it will boil down to personal preference, I’ve got a Gibson LP, and my go to guitar is my Mexican Strat from 2004! Because I just love playing it. It probably hasn’t helped you at all, but my advice would be play both, and see where you’re at, but I would imagine you’ll prefer the LP when you play it! They’re truly cracking guitars the studios.

I don’t think we will bring anyone in that isn’t a panic, we will end up selling Mads and Bilal. Which won’t really help us financially as they’re not on big wages, and it will weaken us dramatically, and we will still have all of the over paid shite hanging around the club again for yet another season.

Our problem is what are we going to do instead? Winks doesn’t look remotely bothered, Soumare looks as interested as always, Ndidi has looked poor, Skipp has looked poor. The only player who actually looked sharp and can play that role is Hamza. So unless we can somehow get rid of most of the above and sign new players in a week and a bit, what else can we do? If we start any combination of Winks, Ndidi, Skipp or Soumare, I think we’re in bother because they clearly can’t be ****ed.

He’s behind Hamza for me. He’s looked very sharp so far. The CM is a real conundrum.

Okay so hate probably was, I just mean in terms of this “quality” keep being brought up. It’s like well done ladies but it’s not as good as the men. I’m not aiming this at you by the way, because you’ve just asked a question. But I think we need to collectively accept the women’s game and the men’s game are each unique in their own rights. There should be no need to compare, but celebrate each equally.

How many shootouts in the men’s game have we seen that have been shit? How many shit penalties do we see regularly on the men’s game. That shoot out was no worse than anything you’ll see at a men’s tournament on my opinion. Nothing poor about Kelly’s pen, want to show any kid how to take a penalty, that’s it, put your foot through it.

The girls need to sit the lads down and show them how to cope in major tournaments. Excellent performed today, against a team that have been streets ahead of everyone else. What a peno by Kelly though, that’s how you take a penalty in a final, twat the ****er.

We’ve also got the luxury of being able to use Mavididi too, who’s already proven he’s productive at championship level. Rotation will our friend this season if used properly!

I do somewhat agree. But I’m just thinking we will likely have more new outfield players in for the opening game. Hamza has looked sharp and aggressive and I would say is marginally better on the ball than Wilf. Wilf has looked miles off so far. I think Hamza would do really well in that position and joined by Riccy would have the composure he needs next to him. Ayew, has again looked alright, he’s experienced and can hold the ball up, that’s really important as we have attacking midfielders who all can run in behind, so we don’t necessarily need Ayew to do that bit, he can press for about 60 odd minutes and can bring the others into play. He’s fairly composed too, at this level I expect him to be a step above….. but ideally yes, we will want to bring in some better players if we had the option.

I actually agree. Justin is better on the left hand side too for me. I think I just like the idea of Aluko! But he will need introducing slowly.
