No. Marti needed to see something like that to help him wittle his team down. It does however highlight we have no midfield…. Not one that has players who are actually interested in being here.

It’s an odd selection. Because you’d expect to see a lot of those players leaving. I am disappointed to see Alves in there….. and Bilal…… there’s no way he’s being sold for less than £30m……

Like many have said I can’t see it happening? We can’t afford to make a loss on him, so he will be valued at £30m. We all know he is good enough, but last years horrific season diminishes his value somewhat. The only way he goes is on loan in my opinion, I can’t see him going permanently at the moment.
