It certainly looks like it means something to him, although he doesn’t smile much at the best of times. I hope he stays with us.

It was right in front of me, police van soon arrived and a copper jumped out, shouted “move” and quickly git hold of a West Ham fan, had him up against the side of his van. The cockney was squeaking “what’s his problem? What’s his problem?” Well handled by the police.

If we had played an open game against a team in the top 4 we would have been royally f##ked over. It was the best way to play and we have given ourselves a chance. couldn’t ask for more than that. -

Chased around the Victoria Ground as well as I remember, but it always was an iffy place to go to. -

I was in the home end for that one, with a mate who was a Man U fan. Did I have a good night in Manchester after that, at his expense😊 -

Ayresome Park, I remember it well. They were ready to party and we blew them away. Pleat was manager and we were on a good run. I was on the supporters coach and we needed a police escort all the way to the A1. Toxic at the end and we were glad to get out in one piece. -
Scmeichel and Albrighton. I can’t remember which home game it was but Albrighton came on after 10 minutes as Daka was injured and by half time he was our best player even though he hadn’t kicked a ball in anger since August. Enough has been said about Kasper and his qualities on and off the pitch, particularly the latter which is vital and often isn’t appreciated.

I’m in the USA until next Tuesday. I missed the Liverpool game but my wife and two of my kids were there and I was told it was dire. I would have been there and probably Newcastle away. Am I sorry I’m not there?Probably not, which says it all really. Death by a thousand cuts. Time to look forward to next season and rebuild. Every club does it, unfortunately we will will be in the Championship. We need to make the right appointment, that is the key.

I take it that there is no cap on away prices as there is in the Premier League
-
Can’t agree. Old ground and close to the pitch. I was at the 3-3 pre season game in 2021 and it was a good atmosphere for an August friendly. I fancy Plymouth, been there twice and lost both times, hope for better next season.

I did that trip in the nineties. I think we lost 3-1. Will history repeat itself? -
Leicester City In 100 Players: Garry Parker

Wasn’t his one game in charge a 6 0 defeat to Arsenal or have I misremembered that? -
He is unfit, he’s hardly played in recent weeks and last night was end to end. He has however not looked for the ball in a number of games earlier in the season and there is no excuse for that.

One hit wonder.

That result should ensure an excellent atmosphere in the away end on Tuesday.

Positivity For The Players.
East Langton Fox replied to HesNotGudjonsonn2's topic in Leicester City Forum
At the final whistle most of the travelling fans applauded the players who responded in kind. Some of them were reluctant to come towards us but that’s not really surprising after recent performances. So they must have taken something positive out of that and the manager was fairly upbeat afterwards. Ndidi bottling the challenge for their third goal was a shocker though! -
Best player we’ve had for the last twelve months

Been reading Maddison’s comments after the game about needing the support of the fans. I left on the final whistle, didn’t applaud, didn’t boo. I don’t really see the point of doing anything else.

I’m assuming this is just lazy journalism.

We have the easiest game this weekend on paper. We could leap frog four teams by Sunday. All is not lost.

Wonderful goal and a sublime pass from Faes

If we won every game, which would include beating Bournemouth and Wolves we would finish above both of them, albeit on goal difference with Wolves. It is in our hands
-
With the limited quality we have we did ok last night apart from a calamitous last five minutes, much the same as at Selhurst Park. Not enough leadership on the pitch and Maddison was not as dominant as I was hoping he would be. Mendy our best player, along with Barnes. There is still hope as it is still in our hands.
